Have a leaking roof. Called them. Two weeks to get an estimator to come out. Then after several attempts to get an estimate. Got it a week later and it was more than twice the cost of other bids. Nice people but bad service. I can’t recommend them.

  Reply from the business

Hello Stephen, We deeply apologize for the delay on the estimate, while we strive to provide all new customers with timely and competitive estimates, unfortunately due to the weather that we have been experiencing and volume of calls we are not able to get to everyone at once. Upon our initial contact we do advise all customers of our backlog and I understand the importance of active leaks. Thank you for your comments and please feel free to contact me directly if you shall have any other roofing issues, Darren

I called them mainly because my roof looked uneven in a few areas. They found that some old repairs had been done incorrectly by previous contractors. Instead of ignoring it, they corrected those sections before doing any new work. That …

Would highly recommend Roof Top Services for any roofing needs. They replaced our very large roof in just two days, had a full crew of highly skilled craftsmen, and had continued updates and communication with Corbin. Additionally, they found that our existing roof, which was on the house when we bought it, had been nailed in incorrectly and the brick flashing was improperly installed causing leaks and shingles blowing off during high winds. They cut flashing into the brick siding where needed, and installed the new roof to specifications. They replaced one piece of roofing plywood and took a picture to show us the water damage before replacing. They also replaced three old skylights with new ones that had internal curtains. Our new roof looks amazing, the work was done flawlessly and their crew is top in the game. If you need any roofing services give them a call first for a quote. You won’t be disappointed!!!

A ridge cap on my rental house was damaged in a wind storm. I called Roof Top who was able to send out a crew within 48 hours, and repaired the damage within one hour of arrival. Although there was a minimum charge, the cost was well worth the premium to avoid water damage to the home.

It's uncommon to find services that exceed expectaions. RTS identified roofing and fascia problems, gave quotes to fix and did an excellent job. Our roof is better than brand new!

Roof Top Services was an absolute pleasure to work with. Very professional, communicated well, explained everything thoroughly and thoughtfully, and were honest and friendly. I'm so thankful to have found such a wonderful company for our roofing needs moving forward.

The Neal family cannot say enough good things about Roof Top Services, LLC. Darren Giacalone, Wilmer Aquilar, and Corbin Gunsallus, were exceptional to work with and communicated well with our family during the replacement of our standing seam metal roof. My wife and I have a very unique historic home. The roof lines on our home are mostly curved and not straight like most traditional homes. Our house is known as the "Tea House" in our community because of the curved roof lines. When I asked another contractor, who is a personal friend, his recommendation to replace my 100+ year old metal roof; he immediately recommended Darren, and the team at Roof Top Services, LLC. He noted they specialize in historic homes that need creative and skilled roofing solutions. My wife and I were impressed by the Roof Top team's work ethic, workmanship, and integrity. We highly recommend Roof Top Services, LLC without reservation. We are confident that you will have the same positive experience as our family. Bob & Taylor Neal
