We had water spots on our ceiling and in 2023 we had one guy come and patch the roof. Great, but wasn't the problem. 2025, we've had lots of rain and again water spots in our ceiling after we've repaired everything. We called, explained the …

Cowan Roofing just replaced our 22 year old roof. Everyone I spoke to at Cowan starting with our Project Consultant, Harrison Jenkins, to folks in their office and Guy the Site Supervisor were very courteous and helpful. Iban did a great job replacing our 2 Skylights and the entire crew that did the work were very professional, cleaned up after the work and did a really nice job on the new roof. Our roof is steep and has multiple pitches. The crew worked hard and long to get it done!

Cowan just completed another job for me, the third in two years. Same great service, and I am extrememly happy with the new skylights. Highly recommend them. Great communications, very responsive, real people answer the phone. Fast and easy to get an estimate, scheduling of the repair was prompt, and everyone showed up exactly when they were scheduled. Even though it was a small job, I felt like they truly appreciated my business.

Communication was great from the beginning. Realistic expectations were set and when the project was delayed for a week due to illness of the crew leader, we were informed immediately. The job was completed to our full satisfaction.

Prompt response and service . AI has been instituted into their answering and scheduling services, which made scheduling confusing . However, they did great job and I would use again.

William, thank you for your honest review. We are testing out some AI automations to help serve our customers better, the verdict is still out on whether the program we're using is a positive or negative so we really appreciate the feedback. Glad once our team took over we could provide the service you deserved though! Sincerely, Nathan Cowan
