Our old roof was way past its prime and we finally bit the bullet and got the whole thing redone. Got a few quotes when I was comparing options around Schaumburg and Lio came back reasonable and didnt try to push us toward stuff we didnt need. they walked us through the timeline before starting so we knew what to expect. tear off and new roof went smooth, and we ended up adding new gutters while they were up there which made sense. the yard was clear when they left. easy process front to back and the roof looks great from the street now!

Went with Lio for a full roof replacement after our old one made it through one to many storms. The new roof looks great from the street, but more importantly the attic finally feels normal again. No more weird drafts, no more worrying …

A slow leak in our upstairs bedroom that two other companies basically shrugged at. One told us to just throw a tarp up and wait. The ceiling stain kept growing every time it rained hard and I was done playing around with it. Lio Contractors came out, looked at the whole roof, and explained that the underlayment was shot in multiple spots and patching wasn't going to do anything long term. We ended up going with a full replacement because the roof was already past its expected life. They walked me through the material options without trying to upsell me into the most expensive thing. The work itself took two and a half days. They tore off everything, replaced some bad plywood near the chimney, and got the new roof on before the next rain hit. No more leak, no more stain growing, no more buckets in the bedroom.

Our roof was about 25 years old and way past due for a full replacement. Lio Contractors handled the whole thing from start to finish. The crew showed up early, worked through the day, and by the next afternoon everything was wrapped up. New shingles look great and the cleanup was solid - you wouldn't know anyone had been working up there. Pricing was reasonable compared to others and the communication throughout was straightforward. Glad we went with them for this.

had water stains showing up on the ceiling in two rooms upstairs and kept putting it off until it got worse after a big storm. got a roof inspection and turns out the whole thing was shot, not just one section. they did a full replacement and it was done in like two days which was wild. no more stains, no more worrying every time it rains around Hoffman Estates. the new roof looks great too, way better than what was up there before

Our house in Schaumburg has been through a lot of weather over the years and we'd been sort of casually getting estimates for a new roof since like, last fall. Lio Contractors was the last estimate we got and they were the only ones who actually mentioned the gutters were in rough shape too and suggested bundling it into one project. That honestly made more sense than doing them separately. The whole process from signing to having everything done was two weeks, which included some scheduling around rain days. The new gutters are wider than what we had before and the roof has a cleaner profile now.

Reliable roofing service here in Hoffman Estates. They did a tear-off and roof replacement on my garage. Price was fair and the crew was respectful of my property.

Chris, we appreciate your kind words!

After the recent storms across Hoffman Estates, many homeowners are discovering roof damage they didn't notice at first. Wind and hail damage is often covered by homeowner insurance, while normal wear and tear typically is not. If you suspect storm damage, take clear photos as soon as it's safe, contact your insurance company, and schedule a professional roof inspection. A roofing contractor can document the damage and prepare a detailed report to support your claim. They can also meet with the insurance adjuster on-site to review the damage together. Don't wait too long - many insurance policies have deadlines for filing storm-related claims. Need help navigating a storm damage claim? We work with insurance companies every day and will guide you through the process.Jul 20, 2026Call now
