Bad experience. There roofing crew backed into my porch support when delivering the materials. That started the this bad experience. Next they barely ran the magnet through my yard to pick up loss nails. So I myself had a friend that had …

The worst experience I’ve ever had!! Do not use this company or John at all. I was 100% taken advantage of as a woman and as a human being.I Paid for a service that was not completed. He took my money and did not fix my problem at all. I …

This guy stood me up twice. On two separate occasions he told me he would come out to my house but never showed up and didn’t even bother to call. The second time he flaked on me, he wouldn’t even reply to voicemails or text messages. If you can’t even have the courtesy to show up or call your customers back, then how good is your work?

Top notch service! Very professional crew. These guys came in and did exactly what John Stampley said they would do(start/completion dates) John was helpful every step of the way even though he shuffled back and forth from work in Texas and Louisiana! When the crew left after completion everything was picked up and cleaned better than before they were here!

Was not good for us. Nice talking young man who did not live up to our expectations. Other things such as siding was involved. We had leaks that were given up on. Had to find someone else to solve our problems and not sure they are completely taken care of after a couple of years .Be wary.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 12 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 12, of which 8 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Roof Pros of Texas. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
