  Just witnessed one of their trucks nearly run into another car on the Danforth and instead of seeing if the person was okay, the driver from Roofproplus just yelled aggressively at the frightened person that was almost hit by their truck. Perhaps slow down and offer a kind apology instead!!!

  I would have given them “0 out of 5” if could. I made an appointment with them. Richard (the guy who was supposed to come to my house ), didn’t show up. I called them and left them a message; they didn’t even bother returning my call. What kind of business are they running, I wonder ?!

  The experience was not a good one on all fronts.. This company was sub contracted by Art's Aluminum - who on the exact day of job completion send a text demanding payment. Art failed to tell Roof Pro that part or all of the garage roof plywood would need to be replaced as Art and I discussed a previous quote and information: Roof Pro did not come out personally to check the job (only went by Art's measurement). As a result the day before starting the cost of the job was increased by 4k. As it was a joint job between neighbours we had to go along. They did not finish both sides equally and had to have them finish our side and then it leaked right away. Had to come back and do a patch job. Finally I had to contact about their "Written Guarantee" on all jobs as stated on their website. Told that the 10yr guarantee does not apply to flat roofs, flats only get 5. Have made multiple attempts via calls and emails to no avail for a year to get that written guarantee. Chris told me to email my questions and re: guarantee. Have never had a response and still have no written guarantee. Very poor business practice.

  I have to say I was very impressed with Roof Pro Plus for my first impression. The sales representative that showed up at my house was very professional and very pleasant and I agreed that we would do the Roof, soffit and fascia. I received two quote one for the roof and one for the soffit and fascia. They were to do the roof first and then 2 weeks later they would come back and do the rest of the job. The roof was completed back in May of 2018 and I paid them for the job that was done and waited for them to come back to do the soffit and fascia. Well needless to say I am still waiting for the job to be done. I tried contacting the sales representative to ask what was going on and got no response, I finally contacted the office and they said they were extremely busy that they would get back to me as soon as possible. Several weeks passed and I had not heard from them. I contact at the office again and they said that they didn't have a date but the call me within the next few weeks. At this point I said to them, I hope you don't change the pricing because it's been such a long time between jobs. They said no no we guarantee the quote. Well you can guess what happened when they finally came to do the job they said that they had quoted me wrong and would had to redo the quote. The quote when from $10780.00 to 14621.00. I believe that this company does not honor their contracts and I would never recommend them to anyone. I would very conscious and aware before commit to anything with Roof Pro Plus. Roof Pro Plus is not a reputable company in my eyes and very overpriced. I have now gotten another quote from another roofing company and they quoted me half the price for the soffit ,fascia and they also said I had overpaid about $4000.00 for my roof but the shingles they use are good quality shingles.

  Totally disappointed with this company. Called for roof and rain gutter repair a month ago, the estimator came over and gave a very reasonable price based on the damage I have on the roof. He is very friendly and professional and pointed out there were couple of shingles need to repair as well. Then the appointment was set up on the other day from 3 to 5pm, I waited there for the whole afternoon, called and texted them, NO response. Contacted the company and tried to book another appointment because I understand sometimes the roof technicians may have a very busy schedule which is out of their control. Eventually heard nothing back from either the contractor or the company. Wasted my time. Not Cool.

  A representative came over for estimation on June 29, 2017. It is now almost two weeks and they still haven't provided me with a quote. Wasted my time.

My understanding is the estimate is for several houses in a row and took a little more time than expected and our estimator spoke with you to let you know it would be longer but has not touched base this week (he had 2 days off and is just back) The estimator will be contacting you today to ensure you receive your estimate and to apologise for the delay.   This company is amazing. They priced out our leaking roof within 2hrs of calling, and the roof was repaired within a week. The workmanship is top notch with great product. They were fast and their clean up was fabulous. After 2 days of work, you would have no idea there were workers there. Our sales consultant was knowledgeable, quick and returned during the work to inspect. I would highly recommend this company. Thanks Nathan, Jan and team

  Knowledgeable, friendly, ok prices. They lose one star as I had to call once or twice to confirm and set dates as they never reached out to me after estimate. But great service!

  When a tornado came through our town, we had storm damage. Of the half dozen companies we called, Roof Pro Plus was the only one who responded and did the emergency repairs. They didn’t inflate prices or try to tell us the whole roof needed replacing. So when it did come time to get a new roof, they were one of the first places we called. They contacted us quickly, gave an appropriate bid, got the job done quickly, and sent reps to check all was cleaned up well. Their crew were pleasant, professional and polite. Great representatives for the company!

  We used Roof Pro Plus on a condo corporation I manage. I have heard nothing but good things form the owners as to their professionalism and how clean and quick they were with their work. We had all of the attic insulation upgraded and the project went very smooth and everything was on time, if not early. I would highly recommend using this company and look forward to further projects with them going forward.

  Recently had our Gravenhurst cottage roof replaced by Roof Pro Plus. Everyone I dealt with was professional and punctual. Great communication from sales person and office staff. Competitive pricing and great service. I highly recommend.
