  Definitely would not recommend them they charge $195 to give you a quote for a repair if you go with them they deduct it and then the quote came in twice as much as 2 other companies.

  Very disappointing experience. The staff immediately called Ajax parking enforcement within minutes, which resulted in a ticket. Not happy with how the situation was handled and would not recommend.

  Chouinard Bros was hired to fix our metal roof because it wasn't done right the first time. They came to work on the roof without even telling us they were coming. While they were working, their ladder fell off the roof and smashed my car pretty badly. They said the ladder fell because there was nothing on our house for them to tie it to and it’s windy. But they should have figured that out before they started working! The person who dropped the ladder didn't even tell us right away. Instead, they called the builder and their office first. Then they gave us an office number and left, saying someone would call us. The person in the office made me get a bunch of quotes to fix my car. It took almost two months of going back and forth with them before they finally paid me the middle amount to fix it. Basically, Chouinard Bros was not safe while working, damaged my car, and then took forever to fix the problem. I wouldn't recommend them at all. Also if they are working at your place please prepare so it doesn’t happen to anyone.

  This company did my roofing. I am very disappointed in their work and their lack of customer service. They come across as nice and accommodating, however they are strictly sales. It seems that the company has independent contractors that work as franchisees, and are loosely connected to the company. They ran out of materials while doing my roof and scrambled with bits and pieces to fill the missing parts. I was told that I would get a certain model of venting, which was shown to me in a pamphlet, however, they installed a cheaper, less efficient, uglier model. I would never ever use them again, and I would never recommend them to anyone. If for some crazy reason you decide to use them, be aware that you will end up regretting it.

  Horrible Horrible. Did not caulk the back of the chimney and we have water damage , every time the wind blows we get a shower of nails. Hit and destroyed the city power transformer when backing out.

  This company did a lousy job on my roof . Shingles fly off with little wind gusts. Three times in same location this has happened. Their customer services is terrible. Supposed to be 25 years warranty on shingles. But they refuse to honour it. Don’t hire this company !

  Chevy, Shaun and the professional installation team lead by Elmer were absolutely outstanding. They are very knowledgeable, great communicators and wonderful to deal with. The team left our property in pristine condition at the end of each day of work. Their respect for our property was particularly noteworthy. Special shout out to Bill who did an amazing job on a significant amount of customized flashing work which looks great and perfectly matches the existing gutters. While they weren’t the cheapest quote we received they were undoubtedly the most experienced which allowed them to address our vaulted ceiling ventilation challenges with unique and creative solutions. Value for money, Chouinard was absolutely the best company we could have chosen. If we ever need another roof replacement or a future repair I would certainly call Chouinard first. We highly recommend this team and this company!

  Responsive and knowledgeable rep; overall cost on par with other companies for the neighborhood. Our shingles and flat roof were done quickly and on schedule; and minimal mess remained, very clean job.

  As President of the Board of Directors, we appointed Chouinard Bros to replace the Roofing Shingles at our Condominium Corporation which consists of 80 Townhouses . Chouinard Bros carried out the works in a professional manner and they were diligent in phasing out the roofing works so that Unit Owners didn’t experience any disruption. The standard of Workmanship was excellent and the crews on site were extremely cooperative and well experienced. The Board of Directors were very pleased with Chouinard Bros and we strongly recommend other Clients & Condominium Corporations to engage Chouinard Bros and utilize their professional services for Roofing Works , Eaves & Downpipes.   Chouinard Bros did a fantastic job on my siding, eaves troughs and all the add ons. From helping me pick styles to work that was meticulously done, I am so pleased. My house is sealed tight and looks amazing. Thank you for making this experience so great!

  We are so happy with our new roof. It looks great. In less than a day the old roof was stripped and the new one installed by a great crew. The cleanup after was done well . Shaun the reroof manager came the next day to inspect the finished roof .It was a good experience from start to finish.

  We had our siding, eavestroughs, and fascia done by Bill and his crew, they did an amazing job! He was professional, efficient, and took the time to answer all our questions during the project. Our house looks fantastic we couldn't be happier — highly recommend!

  We recently had our roof replaced by Chouinard Bros. and were very pleased with the process from start to finish. From the time we made our initial phone call for an estimate everything was handled very professionally and efficiently. Our contact person Chevy was very pleasant, thorough and knowledgeable answering all our questions and giving us great advice on a colour choice. His estimate was very detailed and well-explained. Once we agreed to go ahead Donna the office contact person was very efficient and helpful. The roofing crew came right on time. Their work was excellent and their cleanup job was just amazing. We appreciated Chevy and Shaun’s follow-up visits and final inspections. We could not have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend the Chouinard Bros. for your roofing needs!
