  They do not stick to their word. I was told they will send over a quote and that never happened. I tried to call, they said they will call me back and that also never happened.

  Contacted Sara who was extremely helpful about roof repairs after a severe wind storm. Mike came the next day exactly on time and finished repairs in about 20 minutes. He explained that it was only 2 shingles that lifted up and the repairs were minor. He also inspected the entire roof and said it was in good condition and would last another 7-10 years. How's that for honesty. The biggest shock came the next day. I received an emailed invoice for exactly 0 dollars. That's right. They did not charge a dime. I would have happily paid the bill for the peace of mind knowing that my roof was repaired properly and I would not have to worry about it over the winter. Who does that anymore. I had contacted 2 other companies prior to calling Sara and they both were charging a fee just to inspect damage. When the time comes to replace my roof, Principal Roofing will be the only company I call. I have recommended them to family, co-workers, friends and neighbors. Professional, reliable and above all honest. Thank you Sara, Mike and the rest of the Principal roofing team.

  From Dean getting us our quote to Sara helping us schedule the work and Clay making our property look awesome ! You would never know the roof was replaced other than the shingles looking great ! everything was cleaned up ! We highly recommend Principal Roofing !   Principal Roofing handled our repair project quickly and efficiently. They first provided helpful advice on the best way to address the damage—not only fixing the current issue but also preventing it from recurring in the future. A service team was on-site within 24 hours of my initial call to complete the repairs.
