  After the initial roof inspection, I was supposed to receive a quote within a couple of days, but was completely ignored instead. I contacted them multiple times, and every time I was told that they'd get back to me really soon, which they never did. I'd be ok to get any explanation or excuse of why they can't proceed with the project, but I got nothing. And it's been almost a month. Regardless of the skill, such treatment of a client is unprofessional. Do not recommend.

  I have a great experience with this company. Dealing with Scott and Jason has been a pleasure. They are professional and easy to deal with. They are accommodating as well. I would definitely use their services again. I highly recommend Ainger Group.

  Found this company in Google based on the reviews and I’m so glad I chose them. Great communication! You can’t get a bad customer service when the business is family owned and operates over 20 years. You just can’t. The specialist they sent today was very professional and checked all the areas in the house just to be sure that nothing will cause the problem again. I’m truly grateful for having great companies in Barrie that do their job with empathy, reliability, humility, and dedication to the greater good.
