I got an estimate last year. Sometime in February this year I asked if the proposal is still good. After a couple of emails exchange I received a revised one to sign but when I asked questions and some clarification, he (Ken?) never …

WE NEVER PERFORMED ANY WORK FOR THIS CUSTOMER. Fahima left a negative review because she felt I did not follow up on her final questions regarding the roof replacement process. In reality, I had drafted a response, but it was never sent and remained in my drafts. Since I did not receive a reply, I assumed she had chosen to move forward with another company. Regarding the claim that I did not visit her home for an estimate, my wife was hospitalized at that time due to Lyme disease, and my sole focus was on her health. Despite that situation, I still took the time to prepare and send a full proposal on the same day. Additionally, when she reached out again nearly a year later requesting a revision, I honored the original pricing, even though material costs had increased during that time. This situation is clearly a misunderstanding and not a reflection of our commitment or professionalism. I’m not asking you to remove the review. You’re welcome to leave it so others can form their own opinion.

It is very unusual for a contractor to assist you or remain responsive to you after their work is done. This is precisely how Ken Briesemeister, Owner of Roof.Net, is to his clients which sets him apart from other contractors. I'm so glad I found him online and hired him to replace the roof of my house. Not only is his price very reasonable and the quality of the work top-notch, he also treats you with utmost respect and professionalism. It doesn't surprise me that he consistently gets 5 star ratings in his reviews.

Thank you, Roemer, for your wonderful review. It means a great deal to me. Whether we installed a customer’s roof yesterday or many years ago, and whether the warranty is active or has expired, everyone receives the same care, respect, and responsiveness as the very first day we met. Ken

After multiple contractors made several unsuccessful attempts to stop our roof and chimney leak, we called Ken, the owner of Roof.net. His online reputation is outstanding and I now understand why. Even though they now only do complete roof replacements because of the high demand, Ken agreed to help us since we live only about a mile from his home. His price was so reasonable we couldn’t pass it up, and he guaranteed the leak would be stopped. Ken and his two roofers spent about five hours at our home. They first removed the shingles and flashing around the chimney and confirmed everything had been installed correctly. They then discovered a thin layer of concrete on the chimney crown that was hiding numerous deep cracks, which turned out to be the true source of the leak. They removed all of the old concrete, rebuilt the entire chimney crown, and sent us before and after photos showing exactly what they found and how they fixed it. Throughout the repair, Ken kept us informed by sending photos while the work was in progress and additional photos after everything was completed, so we always knew exactly what was being done. We’ve had several severe storms since the repair, and I’m so happy to say we no longer have the leak. He gets my highest recommendation for anyone who needs a roof replacement.

I’m very happy we were finally able to identify the actual source of the leak after several other repair attempts from another company. Sometimes the real problem isn’t where it first appears, and in your case, the hidden cracks in the chimney crown were the culprit. As you mentioned, because of the high demand for new roof replacements, we stopped performing roof repairs several years ago. However, since you’re my neighbor and only about a mile from my home, I was glad to make an exception and help. I’m especially pleased to hear that your home has remained completely leak free through all of the recent severe storms. Thank you again for your trust, your kind words, and your highest recommendation. It was a pleasure helping you, and I wish you many years of a dry, worry free roof. Ken

Ken and his crew were fantastic. Price was fair, quality is excellent. Did the whole job in a day plus a couple of hours - yard is clean and the roof looks great. Ken was responsive when looking for bids (Ken's was most complete and detailed proposal we got), and Ken was on-site for the job. Bonus: homeowner's insurance dropped by 20% with the new roof.

Cathy, Thank you so much for taking the time to write such a wonderful review. It was a pleasure working with you, and I’m so glad you’re happy with your new roof and the entire experience. I especially appreciate you mentioning that your homeowner’s insurance premium dropped by 20% after the roof replacement. Homeowners almost never share those savings with me, so this is fantastic news and something many others will find very helpful. Thank you again for your trust, your kind words, and your recommendation. I hope you enjoy your beautiful new roof for many years to come! Ken

Excellent experience with this company. Ken responded with an estimate to replace a roof promptly and displayed extreme technical knowledge and professionalism when describing what will be done and potential discoveries that might be found that can impact the estimate. Definitely a pleasure to talk to. The crew that did the work was extremely professional doing an exceptional job on the roof and leaving no trace of the work performed when they cleaned up. I highly recommend ROOF.NET for anyone looking for roof repairs!!!!

Scott, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a wonderful 5 star review! It was a pleasure meeting you and replacing your roof. I sincerely appreciate your kind words about the estimate, the time we spent discussing the project, and my crew’s workmanship and cleanup. I did want to make one small correction for anyone reading your review. The project was a complete roof replacement, not a roof repair. We actually stopped performing roof repairs about seven years ago so we could focus exclusively on providing full roof replacements. Thank you again for your trust, your recommendation, and for choosing Roof.net! Ken

I'm grateful you trusted Roof.net with your home, and I'm glad we were able to answer all of your questions and provide the level of communication and workmanship you expected. My crew and I always take pride in doing the job right and leaving every property as clean as we found it. As for the check, returning the overpayment was simply the right thing to do. I treat every customer the way I would want my own family to be treated, and honesty and integrity have always been the foundation of my business. Thank you again for your kind words, your generosity, and the opportunity to earn your trust. It was truly a pleasure working with you. Ken

Ken and his team are top notch. Ken(owner)will come out and provide an estimate. He was timely and professional. He provided me best and worse case scenarios for my roof and the range in cost it could be. This was important because sometimes the condition of the roof is only evident when they begin stripping away the shingles. When everything is agreed upon he is in constant contact with you providing updates as they procure supplies and put you on the schedule. On the day of the roof installation, he provided me updates and before/during/after pictures of the progress and completion. In my case, his crew inspected and determined the need to replace some plywood due to rot or its condition. This was expected and while it slightly increased the cost, there was no surprises because these things were factored into the replacement. In the end, the cost was less than the worse case scenario and much better than other quotes I had received for the same level of work. As evidence of his dedication to customer satisfaction, he had agreed to remove an old furnace pipe during the roof installation. His team actually completed the installation and it was noticed when he sent the completion photos. This part of the job wasn’t specified in the contract which is why the crew didn’t remove it. However, he did remember acknowledging that he’d have the guys take it apart when they were up there. His crew came 2 days later, removed the old pipe, and redid the work around the pipe. I really appreciate Ken and his crews professionalism. He is an honest businessman who is fair, competent, and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend Ken and his guys for your roof replacement. Last thing, his crew cleaned up so well that you’d never know they were even there.

Noel, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I believe homeowners should know exactly what to expect before a job begins. That’s why I include any potential additional expenses in every contract, so no one is caught off guard if hidden conditions are discovered after the old roof is removed. I’m glad that gave you peace of mind. It was a pleasure working with you, and I truly appreciate your trust, your recommendation, and the opportunity to replace your roof. Ken Briesemeister

Ken and his team were fantastic. All work performed, including roof repair, shingle replacement, and dormer repairs, was exceptional. Ken was great to work with, the team was professional, courteous, respectful, and everything was cleaned up nicely. 100% recommended. If you call these guys, there really is no need to call anyone else. No surprise their reviews are great. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

Thank you so much for your kind review and for taking the time to share your experience. Although Roof.net stopped performing roof repairs six years ago due to the high demand for complete roof replacements, this was a special circumstance and I was glad we were able to help. Your son’s roof presented a unique challenge because of its extremely steep slope, but we wanted to make sure the leak was identified and repaired correctly. I truly appreciate your comments regarding our responsiveness, professionalism, and workmanship. It was a pleasure meeting you. Thank you again for your trust and support. If you or your family ever need our help again in the future, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re always here to help. Ken Briesemeister

I had an excellent experience with Ken and the Roof.net team. After noticing a water spot on our ceiling following several days of rain, I reached out through the Roof.net website and received a call back from Ken almost immediately. He was responsive, professional, and extremely knowledgeable from the very first conversation. Ken came out quickly, thoroughly evaluated the situation, and was able to identify the issue right away. He took the time to explain what he found and answered all of my questions without any pressure or sales tactics. It's rare to find a company that combines expertise, responsiveness, and outstanding customer service the way Roof.net does. I would not hesitate to recommend Ken and Roof.net to anyone looking for a trustworthy roofing professional.

The crew was friendly, hardworking, and surprisingly quiet considering the size of the project. I work from home and expected major disruption, but things went much smoother than anticipated. They paid attention to small details around the property and kept pathways clear. The new roof looks fantastic from every angle.

David, thank you very much for the thoughtful review. I really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. One thing I always try to do is keep homeowners informed throughout the entire project, because I know replacing a roof can feel overwhelming if you don’t know what’s happening step by step. That’s why I send photos, videos, and updates during the installation so there are never any surprises. I’m glad you felt comfortable choosing my company after looking into several others. My crew and I work very hard to make sure the workmanship, communication, and overall experience all match the reputation we’ve built over the years.
