  We received a flyer for this company via door to door salesman. First of all we live in a “no solicitation” neighborhood- so he shouldn’t have been ringing out doorbell in the first place. Second he was very rude and abrupt to my daughter that answered the door. It is not this persons place to tell my daughter what she should and shouldn’t say to a stranger when they come to our door. He was rude, abrupt and offensive. I would never do service with this company.

  I have had the worst experience with MLM. Please don’t use them, I can’t get a hold of anyone to get my roof installed but they have had my deposit for almost two months. I’ve reached out to our sales person Andy Noor and he’s been non responsive, but was very persistent to get the deposit. I reached out to the scheduler Scott and can’t get a hold of him. I am getting ready to put my house on the market but due to MLM incompetence, it’s been delayed.

  Benjamin, all of the roofs that MLM replace have a warranty. If there is any damage at all to your neighbor's roof that was replaced through us, it would be covered under their warranty and can be fixed. We do not do singular repairs on roofs we did not install. If there is more information or details, please let me know and we will be more than happy to remedy the situation.

  The folks at MLM have been really wonderful. They were the ones who originally installed our new roof when a branch came in and popped a hole. We requested to see if it was under the maintenance warranty; unfortunately, it was not on our end, but they did provide wonderful service of fixing it right away and getting it done fairly for everyone. We think they’re absolutely wonderful folks to work with.

  Great experience with this team. Followed through from estimate all the way to installation and cleanup. Post Installation- called them after a windy day. They showed up within 2 days to ensure everything was good. Mike Twining was very responsive.
