  This is an absolute joke of a business and one of the most unprofessional encounters I have ever had. Our roof was assessed for damage and potential replacement by Spencer Grabski, an AWS employee. We opened an insurance claim per his prompting for a hail storm that he reported occurred in July 2022. Little did we know he had fabricated the date and had not bothered to check a single weather report. After we opened the claim with our insurance, he ignored all phone calls and emails for over 1.5 months. Finally, after my calling him for about the fifth time, he confessed that the date was not a verifiable date of storm and that he had "made an error" in never actually checking with any verifiable source. Horrible business ethic, horrible communication, horrible experience. Would be happy to discuss my experience further with anyone interested in direct contact.

  The office and the crews need to be more communicative with one another. The office tells us the crew would arrive at 8AM but our doorbell is set off by the crew at 645AM. The office tells us that replacing the roof would take one day yet …

  Thanks for your honest feedback Mr. Farmer. We appreciate any and all feedback provided. We do apologize the crew arrived earlier than they were expected to. After speaking with the crew they typically start as soon as day breaks. With daylight savings just occurring the other day the crew was ready to begin the project as soon as the sun came up. We typically adjust to this change every year and start around 7:30am. In this case, they were an hour early due to the change in daylight. That also reflects on our communication from our office. Our office hours have our production manager in at 7:30am. Unfortunately with the early arrival our office wasn’t open yet. The owner of the property you are renting, Mr. Patel, was informed of the typical process of a major construction project such as replacing a roofing system. The crew did finish Mr. Patel’s roof in one day. Ricardo L had informed me he would be back to do a second round of inspecting the property this morning. What was meant by coming back a second day is simply regarding quality check and cleanup. With daylight savings occurring and the sun setting earlier it means we will have to preform these checks at the end of the day but there may not be enough light so we follow up the next day(s) when there is sufficient light. We do our best to make sure the property is as clean as possible and sometimes that means checking in multiple times after the project was finished. In regards to the trailers, being the crew finished the roof, they arrived as early as possible to remove the trailers from your parking spots rather than leave them there for an extended period of time. We do apologize for these issues and understand your frustration with the early arrival. If you have any questions or concerns please don’t hesitate to give us a call 703-426-4000.

  Replaced roof and gutters with leaf guards.... From start to finish everything went smooth. Great price and when they were done, they cleaned the whole area, and you couldn't even tell they had been there. would definitely recommend them to my friend's and family.

  I can’t say enough good things about Jason and AWS restorations. My family and I’ve been working with them for about 10 years now. First on our starter home, replacing our roof and replace Windows to increase our energy efficiency. We’re now on home number two and once again, AWS was extremely responsive with a roof issue that we needed solved very quickly. Would highly recommend Jason and AWS to anyone that needs any one of their services. Simply the best!

  AWS replaced my siding, gutters, downspouts, and fascia after a wind storm. I dealt with Jason during the process. Throughout the whole process, they were professional, knowledgeable, responsive to my concerns, and at the end of the day they did good work. I'm very happy to have dealt with them and would highly recommend them.

  Jonathan from AWS walked me thru a complicated review with my insurance company due to wind and hail damage. Ultimately my insurance company saw all additional damage located by AWS. I now have a beautiful new roof. Fantastic company.

  We had all of our windows replaced by AWS. The installation crew was very professional and friendly. We were also fortunate to work with Ed throughout the process and he even came installation day to check on us and give us more hands info about our new windows. They did all of our windows in one day! We would highly recommend them!!

  I had an excellent experience with AWS from start to finish. They came in, identified the issue, and not only fixed the leak inside the house but restored the roof itself. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and handled with a high level of professionalism. The team was skilled, respectful, and very communicative. They took the time to explain what was going on and made sure I understood the work being done, which I really appreciated. What impressed me most was the quality of the results. They did not just repair the problem. They restored everything so well that it looks like nothing was ever wrong. The roof looks refreshed and the work feels solid and reliable.
