  Be aware these guys are crooks. We did some work for them for one of their client and got authorization from them to do the work and then they refused to pay and denied the bill. Service companies be aware.

  Liberty installed a new roof on both my fathers home and my home. My fathers work went well I assume as he paid for it and went on his way. My home , totally different story. My house was not completed in 1 day as promised. They ran out of shingles and came back days later to finish the peak. The peak of my roof was not completed and I was told it was watertight. It was not. It rained that night and I got water damage in the ceiling of the second floor, the ceiling of the first floor and the hardwood on the first floor. I informed liberty however they declined any responsibility. They did not complete the work on my house or shed. They came back months later to finish the copper roof replacement and the gutters on the house however they never completed the roof on my shed. Nor did they ever fix the damage to the drywall and hardwood floors. This was in 2016. Fast forward to now March 2020. The roof on my dads home is leaking and caused drywall damage to the 2cd floor ceiling. I called Liberty to repair it. Liberty had no record of doing the roof on my fathers house but found “some “ documentation of doing the work. Liberty however refused to honor the warranty repair work on my fathers house because of the situation with my house. Liberty expects me to finish paying about $6600 due them for the wok on my house...mind you that the shed roof is still not complete and the drywall and floor damage is still not repaired..roughly $19,000 to fix and replace all damage and make it right. Note, this is March 2020 and my father passed away on 3/19/2020 which is how I found out about the roof leaking. Your choice..

  After a hail storm I was contacted by a Liberty rep about storm damage repair. I was given along list of repairs that would be handled by liberty, to include roof, siding, downspouts and window screens. After a long delay my roof was done in the wrong color and work ceased. I am now in the middle of trying to get the work completed myself. I recomend you don't use liberty for home repairs.

  They finished the roof, but we are having a hard time trying to get them to finish the rest of the work. They have already been paid, but they have not replaced the siding down spouts, window screens and other work. My mortgage company is trying to help me, but we keep getting the run a round whenever we are lucky enough to speak to someone

  Following a hailstorm in May 2016, I decided to have my home assessed for damage. Rather than going with some firms recommended by my insurance company, I looked around at the neighborhood and selected Liberty Home Remodeling based upon the proliferation of their signs. This was the first time I’d chosen a contractor in this manner and definitely the last time I will do so. A gentleman showed up, did an assessment, and stated I needed a new roof and siding. Outlining the process with the insurance company, he presented a document with an estimate. Within a week, an assessor from my insurance company showed up and told the LHR rep that the roof did not sustain enough damage for replacement and the siding only qualified for a partial. A short time later, LHR sent the insurance company information regarding the roof and siding; the roof was still denied but, eventually, due to an inability to match siding, a full siding replacement was approved. The insurance company issued an initial check for the work and would provide additional payment when the work was completed. Some months later, after some calls, a crew showed up and started work. Within three days the work was complete; yet there were a few issues. Corner trim was damaged by the crew which they initially denied. Fortunately, another contractor had just replaced the trim in that location and I had pics to provide the condition of the wood prior to the siding replacement. The crew had noticed the damage and had attempted a slip-shot repair job. For some unknown reason, some of the crew had disassembled the railing on my recent renovated front porch, then and put the railing on backwards. When I pointed it out, the attempt at repairing the holes in the wood were half-hearted at best. Considering I had just paid a contractor $1500 to repair the front porch, my dissatisfaction with the resolution on this matter has not been salved. Additionally, a part of the siding has waves in it. The crew left numerous nails

  We chose Liberty Home Remodeling to replace the roof and original siding on our 40-year-old home after storm damage. Omar guided us through the claim process from start to finish, clearly explaining each step and setting expectations along the way. LHR advocated for us throughout the inspection process, handled the work efficiently, and was consistently responsive. The roof was completed promptly, and the team returned quickly to secure a few loose shingles. The siding project was more extensive, and we worked with LHR on thoughtful add-ons and craftsmanship corrections to achieve the curb appeal we wanted. Overall, Omar and the LHR team brought transparency, professionalism, and dependable service to what was otherwise a large and stressful project for us. Liberty Home Remodeling is highly recommended and we would definitely use their services again in the future.

  We recently had our Sliding glass door replaced by Liberty Home Remodeling and had a great experience from start to finish. We met with several different companies, but Liberty Home Remodeling made us feel the most comfortable and confident in our decision. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with throughout the process. We absolutely love our new door it looks beautiful!   We had our front door replaced by Liberty Home Remodeling and they did an excellent job. The new door looks beautiful and the entire process was smooth and professional from start to finish.
