  5 Stars!! Real estate isn’t always glamorous—sometimes it’s a high-stakes race against the clock! I recently had a situation where we had just two weeks to get a brand-new roof installed on a listing to save a buyer’s loan approval. Between coordinating the installation for my sellers and rushing a last-minute HOA application, the pressure was definitely on. I want to give a massive shout-out to the team that helped me cross the finish line: Ridgeline Roofers: They were incredibly fast, affordable, and so easy to work with. They understood the urgency and delivered quality work right when we needed it most. Ashburn Farm HOA: A huge thank you for reviewing applications weekly. Their efficiency was the key to us meeting our deadline! It really takes a village (and a lot of coffee) to get to the closing table. If you need a team that performs under pressure, these are the folks to call!

  Impressed with Ridgeline Roofers' response to my call. Arrived at agreed appointment times. Identified the issue (missing/damaged cedar shingles) and did a great job of replacing these quickly. Very neat work and I appreciated the photographic evidence they provided

  Called them on a Monday about a siding issue needing to be repaired, they were very responsive to my notes and had someone out to fix everything by Wednesday. Price was reasonable compared to other quotes I got.

  Ridgeline was easy to schedule with, prompt, and provided a very reasonable estimate for a laundry list of items that wanted done. Most importantly, they did a great job with the work itself.

  Excellent roofing business. Never pushy to replace the entire roof. Only if needed. Repair isn't just patching. They'd open a wide area to double check that the damage or leak isn't coming from different higher areas. They provide picture …

  Great to work with these guys. Roofer showed up on time to look at the job, same day quote, reasonable price and was able to get the work scheduled and done quickly. This is how working with contractors should be. Definitely recommend Ridgeline and use them again.

  The recent wind storm in February loosened the third floor shingle on our home. Courtney answered the phone first thing in the morning to schedule with us, and worked to get us an estimate after seeing a photo. They were not able to come out the same day, because of the high winds. We were pleased that they cared about their teams' safety and kept in fantastic communication with their team and with us. Byron came out to do the repair and also provided a great assessment of the window seals while he was up there. We really appreciated the no pressure tip to look into re-sealing, as he left it up to us to request an estimate. When we agreed to move forward, they came to do the repair as quickly as possible, to prevent any rain damage. While we would have preferred not to have issues, we were happy to work with Courtney, Byron, and the team. Thanks so much to Ridgeline Roofers!

  Very happy with Ridgeline Roofers. We had a leak and the weather was calling for a ton of rain and they got someone out the same day so we didn’t end up with a mess inside! They also found another big issue and addressed it while they were here.

  We had rain coming in from the vent cap and they responded very quickly. It was a short notice repair but they got it done and it was excellent. They even sent up photos of the roof afterwards.
