  Beware! I trusted this company to repair the roof on my home, which was built in 2012 and purchased by me in 2022. When I first had them assess the roof that same year, they suggested a full roof replacement, which seemed excessive at the time. Repairing the leak—which would have been a reasonable solution and should have been their focus. Yet just 2 years and 10 months later, leaks started appearing again. The warranty was only for 2 years, and I didn’t expect the roof to fail so soon after it expired. Hunter from the company did come to assess the roof and explained what he believed caused the leak. I even asked for a quote to see how much it would cost and considered giving them another chance, but I also told him that I would be having other roofing companies inspect the issue for a second opinion. While he was still at my house, another roofing company arrived for their own inspection. Unfortunately, none of the other roofing companies identified the same issue that Hunter mentioned, which raised serious doubt and suspicion about his assessment. I was simply hoping they would do the right thing. At no point did I ask for a free repair; I only wanted an honest and accurate assessment of the problem. After consulting with additional roofing professionals, I learned that the underlayment used was not recommended for tile roofing—it’s typically meant for shingles—and that the sides were not sealed, which is clearly visible in the photos I’ve provided. This company clearly does not prioritize its customers’ best interests. As a former customer, I’m sharing my honest experience to urge others to exercise caution before hiring them. I’ve learned my lesson: Always ask the roofing company for a sample of the underlayment they plan to use and research whether it’s appropriate for your roof type. Request a longer warranty—more than 2 years—to ensure accountability and workmanship. There are reputable roofing companies that will stand behind their work. I’m sharing

  Hello Wena, I understand that you are upset regarding the two-year warranty provided for your roof repair. The two-year warranty is standard across the roofing industry for repair work. When I first met with your husband, he specifically requested the most minimal and affordable repair option available. At that time, you had just purchased your home and were not ready to invest in a full or partial roof replacement—even though there was a hole approximately the size of a basketball in the roof. Your frustration became apparent when my office staff explained that the area in question was beyond its warranty period. Following that conversation, there were immediate threats of a poor business review unless additional work was performed at no charge. Despite that, I personally came to your home to inspect the issue and confirmed that the new leak originated just above the area we had repaired. You agreed with this assessment during our visit. The review you posted contains several inaccuracies. The material used on your repair was **Titanium UDL-50 underlayment**, a premium product approved for use under **tile, metal, slate, and shingle roofing systems**. Claims that this material is not suitable for tile roofing are incorrect. Additionally, the image you referenced showing “unsealed sides” actually shows the **upper overlap**, which is required to be a minimum of 4 inches per manufacturer specifications—our installation meets or exceeds this standard. The **side overlaps** are a minimum of 6 inches, also in full compliance. It’s unfortunate that this situation escalated in this manner and that your review was only posted after I declined to offer any further repair estimates for you after poor treatment of my staff and threats to my business. It is our right to refuse service to anyone. However, I recognize that frustration can happen when dealing with home repairs.   We had a roof leak and I wanted a local company. I called Roof King and the person said that Karen(?) is out today and she will call me tomorrow. She never did. I called again and it took more than a week for someone to come out. The person (Hunter) looked at my roof and suggested me to have the whole roof redone. And he promised two quotes (one for the leak and the other for reroofing). I tole him that we don't have the money to do the whole roof this year. The quotes never came. I called again and Karen promised to send the quotes "today". Nothing ever came. I guess they don't care about their neighborhood and they only want "big jobs".

  Susan we are utterly shocked by your review. Judging our character without actually utilizing our services, is confusing to say the least. You called us out for not sharing our sub-contractors. You must be unaware that we own 2 companies. A roofing company and a General Contracting firm. Through our contracting firm, HS3 General Contracting, Inc. we provide all construction services. Stucco falls under our scope of work. We do whole house stucco jobs on a regular basis. Our clients who use us and recommend us on a regular basis, know the quality of our character. It is your character that raises the greatest question. We are hard working individuals, with families, who get up every day and give our all for our clients. And we make no apology for that.   Was in a bit of a bind, timewise, to get a new roof on the house, and Roof King was able to get our new roof installed within three weeks of contacting them. The new roof which Roof King installed is beautiful! They even painted the roof vents to match! Flawless work, very fair prices, and their super-friendly customer service made the whole process as easy as can be. Couldn't be happier with these guys or the job they did. We own another house, and, when the time comes, we will definitely be getting these guys to do that roof too!

  We had our entire roof replaced with 50-year GAF ArmorShield II shingles and all fascia replaced on both our home and shed. The workmanship was absolutely superb — every detail was done perfectly. The crew was professional, efficient, and left everything clean when they finished.
