  Tyler Smith doesn’t know what no soliciting means. I’ll definitely never use your company soley based on this and this alone. Terrible customer service and clearly no morals or integrity.

  This company gets a hold to my personal information such as phone number and address, calls and texts my uninvited as if we are friends and then has the audacity to say they can't tell me how they got my personal information? Won't give me the name of the company that has somehow got my information and is now selling it. Funny how that works huh? Privacy only goes one way with this low down company.

  I can't say this loud enough - STEER CLEAR of Pelican Roofing!! They COMPLETELY dropped the ball on us when the insurance company wouldn't cover a FULL roof replacement. They were dealing with the insurance company directly because well they are the experts right?! What Pelican didn't tell us was that the insurance company had only agreed to cover partial replacement. So $7,000 in damage less $5,000 deductible. After repairs we would have received a check for approx $2,000. We were not aware of this approval. Pelican just told us they denied our claim and we could not get a new roof. Weird because 95% of our neighborhood got full replacement roofs. Fast forward 4 yrs. We had a major hail storm and now clearly needed full roof replacement as we had several leaks on the ceiling inside our home. When we filed the claim this time the insurance company deducted the portion of the roof that they deemed should've been replaced the first claim and we didn't replace. Ok so we had pay 2 deductibles this time (both claims) Plus we were out the $2,000 check they would have issued us after it was repaired the first claim because it was over 2 years since that claim. Needless to say we didn't use Pelican for this roof replacement and will always steer people away from their shoddy practices! Homeowners, be aware and ALWAYS make sure not to let the roofing company deal directly with the insurance. Make sure the insurance company includes you in all correspondence so you can be aware of everything that's going on and have NO surprises like we did. Lesson learned the hard way! Go to GSAS Construction if you need a roof!!! They were amazing to work with!!!!

  Left trash and huge piles of debris, played on my tenants swing set, their workers rummaged through my tenants things in their garage and have been a complete nightmare to deal with. Even my insurance adjuster says so! I imagine they'll respond with rebuttals to everything but gaslighting is the only thing this company is good at.

  Pelican Roofing, mainly through Adam Fontenot have saved me twice with two very different holes in my roof. This last time, when I called Adam, he drove from Lafayette to BR, late in the day, and patched a plate sized hole that had appeared and got me a great estimate and scheduled me for a permanent fix. Both he and Pelican have been awesome and totally dependable and responsive. They are the best.

  Pelican did everything they said they would. They were on time,cleaned up and left the yard the way they found it. Jason Laneaux and D Brown were very professional and helpful. The roof is amazing and completed in 2 days. I will happily recommend Pelican to anyone needing any roof service.

  Jason and team stayed on top of everything the entire process. We had three other companies tell us it wasn’t worth the time to file a claim. Jason took his time inspecting the roof and we decided it was worth a shot to file a claim. Took 5 or 6 months but we just got our new roof last month. Thank you for your work Jason!!

  My roof replacement went very well! Jason Laneaux, my Pelican Roofing Rep, was awesome to work with! Only problem was, I had 2 turbo vents delivered to my house, and only 1 of the vents was installed! Other than that, I was very satisfied with my Pelican Roofing experience!

  I cannot recommend Pelican roofing enough. From the initial inspection from there excellent employee Jason Laneaux, to the final walkthrough, the entire process was completely seamless. They provided a detailed, transparent estimate with clear pricing, so there were absolutely no surprises or hidden fees at the end. The crew arrived early, worked incredibly hard, and completed the full roof replacement in the same day. What impressed me most was their attention to detail and respect for my property. They took great care to protect my landscaping and did a meticulous cleanup every afternoon, ensuring no stray nails or debris were left behind.   There are a lot of roofers out there, but very few that pride themselves just as much on the work that leads up to the project as the job itself. Pelican is one of them. From the initial meeting to project completion, they were professional and thorough in every way Jason with Pelican went above and beyond to get my roof replaced. My insurance carrier is notorious for denying claims. He went to battle for me, showed up at every inspection (all 4 of them), helped me compile evidence I could submit, and answered every question I had. It’s hard to do major work on your home, even harder when it’s an insurance claim. Pelican stepped up and helped me get it handled. Once the job got going, Brandon came over with his crew, was there the entire time to make sure the job got done, and answered any questions my wife and I had. He even cleared areas for us to take the dog out to use the restroom! Communication was fast and accurate, the work was done right, and the process was exponentially less painful solely because Pelican advocated for me the entire time. Can’t recommend them enough!
