  From contract signing to actual coming out to do the work took about 6 months. Meanwhile more rain more ceiling damage. During this whole time we discussed and were assured by both Matthew and Kali that they would install “whirly birds” on the roof. It only needed two, for the size of our home but we even offered to buy additional if they would install them. Well zero were actually installed and for the past month or two it’s been 86 degrees in my house. We have an 8 month old and her and mom can not stay there. I’ve been trying to get them to come out and do what they said they would do. But seems like, since they’ve already been paid, I’m no longer a priority. I’d like to see them be in their home at nearly 90 degrees. For now I would not recommend them. Let’s see what happens and I will update this review.

  This review contains serious, objectively false allegations regarding the legality of our work that are disproven by public government records. 1. Code Compliance: The customer claims we violated the National Electrical Code and 'lied' to inspectors. This is false. The project passed all required Pima County Building and Mechanical inspections under the official County Permit. We hold the official 'PASS' documentation from the County, verifying that all electrical and HVAC work met strict code standards. 2. Scope: The customer claims this was a 'repair.' The signed contract and insurance scope confirm this was a Full Roof Replacement and Full HVAC System Replacement among a wide variety of other work that was approved by the insurance carrier, municipal entities, and Mr. Leska himself. 3. Legality: All pricing was approved by the homeowner’s insurance carrier based on standardized industry rates (Xactimate). We have flagged this review for removal as it contains defamatory statements proven false by municipal records. We are happy to provide the signed permits and passed inspection reports to any party verifying our compliance.

  Called to schedule fascia repair and the receptionist immediately launched into how expensive it was going to be and how I'd need at least the first four rows of tile taken off my roof to complete the job without even sending anyone out to actually look at what needed to be done. It felt aggressively predatory and immediately found another company to work with.

  Roof Doctors did an excellent job replacing the roof on my commercial property. Matt was especially great to work with. He was responsive, helpful, and guided me through the entire process. With projects like this, you never really know what might go wrong, and that is what matters most to me. It is how a company responds when things do not go exactly as planned. This team handled everything professionally and knew exactly what to do at every step. I truly appreciate their work and would definitely recommend Roof Doctors to anyone needing roofing repairs or a full replacement.

  I recently had Roof Doctors perform a full inspection of a home I am/was planning to purchase. I couldn’t be more impressed with their professionalism and thoroughness—from start to finish. The inspector provided an in-depth analysis of the roof’s condition, backed by clear-and-close photographs, with detailed explanations. The inspector identified advanced aging in the shingles, explained the risks of brittle materials, and even highlighted code compliance issues like the absence of drip edge flashing. Their ability to break down complex roofing issues into understandable terms, which is exactly what I needed to present the seller for further negotiation. Again, the inspector did not only point out problems—he offered practical recommendations. He outlined and emphasized why spot repairs would only represent a temporary and inefficient solution. Instead, he developed a comprehensive plan for full replacement. Their proposal included modern GAF Timberline shingles, proper flashing, improved ventilation, and a new modified bitumen system for the patio roof. The inspector factored in warranty coverage and financing options, which showed a careful analysis about both quality and customer peace of mind. If you want a roofing company that delivers more than just a quick fix—one that provides a complete, descriptive, and professional assessment with solutions that truly protect your home—Roof Doctors is the team to call. I highly recommend them to anyone needing roof work in Arizona. The only recommendation I have for Roof Doctors is: (1) Ask the customer what method of payment would be preferred and disclose if any additional fees when a credit card is used for payment—full disclosure will win trust. (2) Provide the customer with a flat fee from the start based on square footage of the house (or another method), or call the customer to see if the cost of the inspection would be higher than the initial estimate prior to the start of the inspection.

  Thankyou very much Mathew & his asst for going above and beyond during my inspection. He assessed the problem and applied sealant on my deck in multiple areas, which was where my leak was coming from and did even charge me for it. I would recommend more customers to this company for their roofing needs anyday.

  Kali answered all my questions and concerns in regards to my roof. Insurance company took al long time to pay out. I would text Kali for an update and that same day I would receive my updates.
