  Roof cat put our roof on about 2-3 years ago. We have a leak and they are completely avoiding us. I have called the office multiple times and can’t get a real person but left messages. I got on the website and filled out a request like a wanted a new roof and was instantly messaged by the owner Justin. Soon as I told him our roof has an issue that they installed crickets. I followed back up about two weeks later and Justin said he would give me a call and let me know when he would come out to address the issue. I got that text July 13th and it is now August with no return call. My husband drove to the office to talk to them and the gate was locked. I messaged Justin again July 17th asking for an estimate date they were coming to look at the roof, and still as of today no reply. I am now having to pay another roofing company to come out and fix my roof that should still be under warranty. Follow up customer service is bad.

  I would love to give them a positive review; however, one of their representatives visited our home about two months ago and provided us with a quote to repair the fascia cover. We agreed to the price, but they have not returned. I called numerous times and was only able to reach the automated service. My wife spoke with someone on the phone two weeks ago. They told her that the representative would reach out to her, but they have not called. I assume the job was not large enough, which is unfortunate because they have such good reviews.

  They replaced the soffit on the front on my 2-story house after a squirrel chewed a hole in it to gain access to my attic. They did an excellent job, and were very easy to deal with regarding arranging to get the work done. The cost was reasonable. No problems what so ever.

  After struggling to get quotes from four other roofers, I called Ty at Roofcat. He personally answered the phone, promptly provided a quote, and completed my small roofing project at an surprisingly low price. His professionalism and value were impressive. I'll definitely call Ty first for any future roofing needs. Highly recommend Roofcat for their responsiveness and competitive pricing.

  If you are in need of roofing services look no further. I called Roof Cat in need of an inspection on my roof after storm damage and they came out same day. The operator I worked with was extremely helpful and Adam is fantastic to work with. Great with communication as well.
