They do not have the courtesy to follow through with quotes. I have talked with Riley a few times and been promised a quick response, only to never hear back. Left hang. I would recommend finding another company

Blake and John came out and evaluated my roofing/gutter issues. They explained everything thoroughly and gave me a quote on site. They were able to get to us the next day to fix the issue. Pricing was fair and the service provided was outstanding!

Justin, thank you for the great review. We're so glad Blake and John were able to give your roof and gutters a thorough evaluation, walk you through everything clearly, and get a quote to you right there on site. Getting the repair done the very next day with fair pricing is exactly the kind of turnaround we strive for. We really appreciate you trusting us with the job and taking the time to share your experience.

Company was fast and did a wonderful job. Only complaint would be communication as to when supplies were to be dropped off.

  Reply from the business

Michael, thank you for the great feedback and for taking the time to share it. We are glad the job itself was fast and well done, and we appreciate you flagging the communication gap around supply drop off timing. That is valuable for us, and we will work on tightening that up going forward. Thanks again for choosing us.

Dan, with Veterans contractors, goes the extra mile to help his clients. As a Realtor, I know many siding and roofing contractors, and they are by far the best!

  Reply from the business

Justin, thank you for this, and for the trust you place in us when referring clients as a Realtor. That means a lot coming from someone who works with contractors regularly and knows what good service actually looks like. I'll be sure Dan sees this, he'll appreciate knowing the extra effort didn't go unnoticed. Looking forward to continuing to earn that recommendation on future projects.

After the catastrophic rains that ascended on Madison County in late June, finding a roofer to assess and remediate a small (but crucial) problem on a roof might have been difficult—but VC Veterans, LLC, and Riley in particular—came to the rescue. The work was timely and efficient, important for us as we were out of town and needed the work done quickly and well. We are so grateful for their responsiveness and professionalism, and I simply cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you Riley and Veterans!

Do you love America? Well you can thank these veterans. Do you love having a perfectly built project that lasts decades? Well you can hire these veterans. Do you love baked goods? Well they don’t do that, but I bet they could if they put their minds to it.

  Reply from the business

Aarron, this might be our favorite review yet. Thank you for the laughs and for the kind words about the crew's work—we're glad the project is built to last, and we promise the guys have heard the baked goods line before but haven't quite figured out the recipe. We're a veteran-owned company through and through, so comments like this really do mean a lot. Thanks for supporting us and for taking the time to write something this fun, Aarron.
