  Disappointed about my experience with Pinnacle roofing. I did a full roof replacement a couple years back and I have been having issues with leaks happening in my garage from an area of the roof that was not done correctly. I have had them come out to give their opinion but they said redoing the flashing was not in my original quote so the fact that it leaked is not their fault and is instead something I would need to have taking up a section of shingle and redone. I asked why it wasn’t mentioned before hand and they said it should have been but wasn’t and then said that’s why they do not use that crew anymore. It would have been a simple fix and repair if done while roofing but now needs to go back and do a bigger repair later. After I argued that it should be their job to point out issues on the roof and bring to the owners attention they stopped responding to my texts asking for an update

  I'm not a slow driver, but a pinnacle roofing car was tailgating aggressively and whipping around to go about 30 miles per hour over the limit through a construction zone in Lexington.

  We called Pinnacle regarding a leak we had on the roof around our chimney. We had a person come out rather quickly and he immediately determined what was wrong. He left that day and said he would send us a quote for the repair. Almost a week went by and no quote. Called the roofer, he said he was having internet issues and we would have a quote by 4 that day. Weeks later and we have never heard back from them. Very disappointing!

  I wish I could give them a lower score. They were unprofessional and attempted to scam me out of my entire insurance check. They also refused to provide an itemized invoice.

  Terrible experience getting a quote. They would not give me a repair quote and only offered to replace the whole roof. Talked to a couple other companies and they said I had two shingles missing and definitely did not need a whole replacement.

  Pinnacle roofing redone my entire roof today! They done a wonderful job and got it done in a day! Frankie sanders was wonderful doing the inspection and getting everything together in just a matter of a couple days!
