The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.

did the roof to my school and left a whole bunch of their trash laying around. The photos attached are not even all of it.
Reply from the business
Hi noob tube, We’re sorry to hear about your experience however, this project was not completed by RBS. It appears there may be some confusion with another contractor. We take pride in maintaining clean, professional job sites and would never leave debris behind like this. If you’re able to confirm the contractor involved, we’d recommend reaching out to them directly so they can address your concerns. If you’d like to discuss further, feel free to contact us directly and we’d be happy to help clarify.
Other reviews we hold
3 more of the 4 reviews we hold text for, most recent first. We do not hold every review Google has.

States years in business
“…and quality relationships developed over 40 years, have allowed us to extend our reach…”

“…Ownership You Can Rely On Family-owned since 1984. We stand behind our work…”
Their site also states: states a founding year.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 11 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 11, of which 4 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Roof & Building Service Intl.. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
