  I hesitated to post but I'm so frustrated. In 2020 I had my windows replaced by this company. Please, please, please do NOT use this company for windows!! All of my windows were made much smaller than the previous ones and they all have cracks around the seam that I have had to repeatedly try to seal. The frames need repainting but that is irrelevant to the facts they all have openings or cracks. Go elsewhere for windows!!

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! This company got over $16,000 to replace the roof on my 1600sqft bungalow. The first rain came and my roof leaked. The employee who came out to inspect the leak determined the cause was my capped chimey and advised me had he been assigned my job the first thing he would have asked is if the unused chimney could be removed. My answer would have been, absolutely. Now after 2 years of continually calling this company and multiple visits of just trying to bandaid the problem with sealant the owner finally states the unused chimney should be removed and reshingle that area to stop the leaking. The boards under the shingles are now rotted and need replacing. I have damage on the ceiling in my home and the owner says he will charge me another $500 to do the work that should have been done in he first place! As unfair as I find this I just want my roof to stop leaking and causing more damage inside my home. He told me I would get a call to schedule the work asap. 3 weeks later and still no call and now a week of constant rain and more damage in my home!

  Mr. Campbell Again I apologize for your horrible experience! When we spoke I was mortified that one of my staff members acted in such bad taste!! I can wholeheartedly say that this is NOT in any way shape or form the way my organization or staff normally behave. I take pride in both our workmanship as well as the staff I employ. I also apologize that you thought I was trying to rush you off the phone. It was definitely not my intention! I was so taken back that this had happened I wanted to get the sales rep on the phone and deal with the matter quickly. The sales rep has been let go. We have no room in our business for people who do not treat EVERY person with the utmost respect. To address your comment regarding following up with another sales rep to be honest the last thing I thought you wanted was for us to do that. I would be happy to come out and give you an estimate personally. Thank you VERY much for your initial call!   Kevin has been nothing short of amazing throughout the entire process. The company was extremely organized and consistently went above and beyond for us. At one point, I wanted to change the colour selection, and despite it being their busy season, they were patient and never rushed us while we made our decision. Kevin was also incredibly helpful when our dog ripped open part of the siding on our addition. He immediately worked to help us get it repaired and looking good again. He also did a fantastic job helping us resolve an issue with our eavestroughs. There was a slope causing water to drain into our garden, and he made sure the right person came out to properly relay and fix everything. I have nothing but positive feedback about this company. The workers who completed our siding and eavestrough work were respectful, personable, and professional throughout the entire project. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and excellent customer service.
