  Disappointing. They came to repair a section of the roof , now there is water leaking down, at the same spot where they the made repairs. Plus they are asking for more money to repair that area. Last time I am using them.

  After many years and many roofers I decided to put my trust in done right roofing. I had 2 leaks and I told them I only had the money to fix one of the leaks. They sent in their people and fixed both leaks, charged me for both, and when I called to complain they were very rude to me. 1130$ later and both spots were still leaking.

  After their work, leaks appeared. Workers did not follow roof repair rules. Roofers removed old shingles and installed the new shingles directly on roof sheathing without eave protection and starter strip. Do not be surprised if after their work your roof will leak more than before. Don't waste your time and money.

  We are sorry you feel that way. We quoted for a new roof and the customer didn't want one so we were hired install fascia and chimney flashing, only. The areas that we sealed are presently not leaking. We can guarantee that if leaking is occurring, it is due to the roof not being ripped and reroofed.

  I stopped by this business earlier today. I had some shingles blow off my roof and I needed to get just a couple of replacement shingles, but I did not need a whole bundle. The guy working there found some matching shingles to what I needed and just gave them to me at no cost as they were left over from a job they had done. He could have easily charged me for these shingles, but he did not. I have actually never been a customer of this business but when I need to redo my roof in the future they will likely be my first phone call. Thanks for the great service.

  After less than 24 hours, Done Right Roofing came to repair our shingles roof. Winds have strip away shingles. Repair was quick and efficient. They even repair my neighbour roof (few tiles gone) for free. They cleaned the patio of roof debris. Very pleasant team.

  Unbelievably quick, efficient, polite,skilled, honest & hard working bunch. You can take Brent's word to the bank, & Shawn(Sean?Shaun?) And the crew know their stuff.   Excellent work done removing old shingles and installing new ones. The roof wasn’t adequately vented so new roof vents were installed. More than satisfied with the work done from start to finish.

  I was stuck with a flat carport roof badly in need of work. I don't know how many roofing companies and general contractors I went through. I dealt with childish attitudes, crazy high quotes, male dominant way of thinking. I was fed up with the non professional b.s. I started calling around to the bigger companies not expecting anyone to take me seriously. Then I talked to Shaun at Done Right Roofing. He not only took me seriously, he treated me like a home owner, looking for a roofing contractor who had experience with flat roofs. He answered my questions. Did not treat me like I was an imposition. Was kind and considerate and really knows his stuff. His crew had the same attitudes. They got to work quickly, but did not rush. I felt so comfortable leaving my home in their hands, I actually fell asleep while they were on the carport roof! They very thoroughly cleaned everything up. We even chatted a bit while they were working. Thank you very much Shaun, Tim, Carlos (sorry I don't remember the other names). I am very pleased with your work and attitude. My main roof will need work in the next 10 years or so, and I certainly hope Done Right Roofing will be available for this very large job. And their prices were realistic! No gouging or b.s. from this team!
