*Thanks for updating your one star review with a comment to reflect. When you call, our voicemail says KevCon Construction. "VanLuven Exteriors" does not operate and was bought out 3 years ago. This is a whole new company with different employer and employees! I also have never received a voicemail, email nor have had any form of discussion with you, DW. So if your one star rating is based on something saying "VanLuven Exteriors" when it doesn't, then have a great day! Hi D W. I am sorry to hear you have had an experience where a one star rating is left. I am unsure of the interaction that would warrant this. I would love to hear your feedback. Please feel free to contact me via phone or email to discuss! Warm regards, Lena

Big shout out to KevCon for helping us in a tight situation. Our house sale was due to close in a few days when our eavestroughs were damaged unexpectedly. Nothing other than professional and friendly from the written quote to the install in a timely manner to meet our needs. Thank you, Penney's -Lyndhurst

KevCon removed the old wood siding off my cottage, installed new OSB sheeting, wrapped and vinyl siding. The work was clean, looks great and done a week early.

We cannot thank you enough for taking us on as clients. We appreciate Kevin and his crew….Chad, Clinton, Hugh, and Donavan for their hard work, expertise in their field, and commitment to getting the job done quickly despite the hot weather followed by the threat of rain. The pitch of our roof made the job challenging. Installing baffles, correcting the chimney flashing, and reinstalling roof vents added an extra layer of difficulty to the job. We were also so impressed with how clean the worksite was left. You guys truly were incredible and I will highly recommend Kevcon Construction to all my friends, family and neighbours should they have any roofing needs. Sincerely, Ted and Brian

Contacted Kevcon to install siding on a half storey home that was undergoing extensive renovations. Lena, who I spoke with on the phone was extremely helpful and friendly. We decided to go ahead with their estimate. Throughout the few months leading up to them arriving to install the siding they were super helpful and responsive with any questions we had regarding any prep work done prior to their install. The house is siding is now completed and the homeowner and well as my self the GC were thrilled with their outstanding attention to detail and craftsmanship. Would recommend to anyone looking to replace their siding or have sidling installed on new construction home
