Hi Franklin, This is a local Ottawa company, not the manufacturer (or the ones who installed that flexible unit in your home). If you have issues with your installer or the product, please contact them directly. Alternatively, we can help guide you regarding a poor quality install. I can see from the video clip that you have a flexible sun tunnel, which we do not recommend and have never installed. Therefore, this review is misplaced and does not relate to our services at Just Skylights. Please update or remove your review as it does not accurately represent our company. If you need assistance, feel free to contact me, Kyle Dotto, owner of Just Skylights, at (613) 340-2555 or kyle@justskylights.ca. We're here to help. Thanks, Kyle

Excellent experience start to finish. We worked with Kyle and replaced a pretty nasty 30-year old skylight. It's been raining since the install and everything is dry as a bone. Quote and initial inspection was done quickly and accurately, and all timelines were respected. Workers in my home were non-smokers which I really appreciate! Professionalism, good work, very happy with our choice to use them. Will call again when we need another!

Kyle and company did a magnificent job. On time, on budget, tidy, professional. Replaced our skylight which had been leaking and a thorn in our side for a decade. Beautiful work.

We couldn’t be happier with our new skylight! The whole process of getting the new skylight installed was an absolute breeze. Everyone on the team was very professional, friendly and efficient. I’ve attached a photo of the skylight before, where we had a smaller skylight with leakage problems. Kyle’s team fully removed our old window and replaced it with a larger window. We are pleased that Kyle suggested to go with a larger skylight with the built in blind. We love how the blind is solar powered with an easy to use remote. Even through the ups and downs of the weather this winter, we’ve had 0 problems with the new skylight. Thank you!!

We reached out to Kyle to replace skylights on our customers home before our crew completed the roof replacement. He was a great contractor to work with who ensured good communication and coordination, in addition to providing quality work. Very friendly and professional. We wouldn’t hesitate contacting Just Skylights again for similar projects. Thank you!

One of the best contractors I've used at my house. Excellent communication throughout the project. Showed up when they said they would. Worked was performed as per the estimate with no corners cut or hidden costs. They care and take pride in their work and fully cleaned up after. Thank you Kyle and team!
