  I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Steve, Melissa, the crew, and everyone else I spoke with were amazing. Everyone was friendly, professional, courteous, and worked continuously to make sure my home was properly taken care of. I am beyond grateful for all their work, time, and effort. I highly recommend Roof America.

  Steve and Jesy were incredible to work with! They made everything easy. They didn’t mind talking with insurance adjusters and made sure it was an stress-free process for me. My roof looks great. I would recommend Roof America to anyone!

  This company was awesome from start to finish. They did 2 jobs one for me and my mother and we couldn’t be happier. Steve was great to work with and he guided and kept us informed all the way through. The crews did excellent work and the clean up was excellent as well. Highly Recommended!

  I required a new roof and got 3 quotes. I received the most comprehensive quote from Steve Standridge at Roof America and everything was put in writing. He didn't try to do a hard sell with me like a car salesman. He gave me the facts and he was sincere. He explained what the job entailed from start to finish. When the materials were delivered the flashing was missing. As soon as it was noticed, Steve went and picked up and delivered the flashing himself the same day. I had a concern regarding clean up after the job was done as I had replaced a roof on a different house a few years prior and had found nails all over the place after the roofers were gone. Steve assured me that finding nails on the ground wouldn't be a problem. True to his word, I came across only one nail and it's been several months since my roof was completed. Steve was quick to answer my phone calls and if I left him a message he always responded the same day. When the work started he came to my house and checked with both the workers and me to see if anything was needed or if there were any concerns and he made sure the job was on track. The men doing the job worked hard and worked well together and the new roof was completed quickly. It was a pleasure working with Steve. It's been several months since the new roof was put on and it looks great and I've had no problems.

  We used Roof America for 3 homes in Hot Springs and I recommended them to a neighbor who also used them. Steve walked us through the process and helped us tremendously to navigate the steps of planning, what is needed for insurance and all of the itty bitties that came up along the way. After the hail storm every roofer was overloaded but each time I called or texted Steve, it was as if I was his only client. Steve is very responsive and the communication was above and beyond (which for me, I wanted to know every detail). I highly recommend Steve and Roof America!!

  When we had to get a new roof for our house and boat dock, Steve Standrige with Roof America was recommended to us by a neighbor. Steve was so good to work with. He always responds quickly, and that was important to me. Great experience. Highly recommend.
