The adjuster came out to look at all the damage we had, said they would be here when insurance adjuster was scheduled. They no-showed, could not contact the person that was supposed to be here. Once the office was contacted the person called us. Very unprofessional on the front end.

We thought we might have a leak in our roof and called Ron’s to have someone investigate and bid any necessary repairs. Jesus arrived 5 hours late. He came down from the roof, informed us he had hammered down and caulked some nails, and requested $150. We did not pay. Conversely, Larry Vaught Roofing found only minor issues and charged nothing for writing up a bid.

Repaired my roof the very next day, ahead of a major storm that would have caused leak damage. Very reasonable pricing. Highly recommended.

I 1000% recommend Creth @ Ron's Roofing. He was very informative & helpful with my decision. This was an out of pocket (no insurance involved) transaction & he was very patient yet professional while waiting for our final go ahead. Once they were given the go ahead the job was done very promptly & Creth was very hands on making sure everything was here on time for the crew & even made sure after the job was completed that we were satisfied. I can't leave out Monica, she was amazing & very friendly when I needed to visit their office. If I need any roofing or gutter needs in the future Ron's will be my first phone call!

If you need roof, siding, or gutter repair or replacement I strongly suggest calling Ron’s Roofing. Creth was awesome and super fast getting me the estimate, keeping me informed about the scheduling of the repairs, and answering all my questions. He was available day and night, and even on weekends. This is a big deal for me, since I work the night shift. All of my repairs (and there were a lot) were done in a couple of days. They use top quality products, take pride in their work, offer competitive pricing, and are very focused on customer service. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family, as well as use them in the future should the need arise.
