  Totally unprofessional. They didnt show up on time. They made promises and did not follow through. Work was shoddy. I would never hire them! There are so many other roofers to choose from in the area.

  I would never recommend this company to anyone. I explained that the job needed to be done within a certain time frame as the home is a vacation rental and would need to be completed in the window provided. I took the day off work to be at the home that day and blocked the house from being able to be rented out (lost revenue). The owner Christopher Romney stated it would be done in the same day and work would start at 10am. When they didn't show up I called at 11am. He stated they would be there and that they needed to get materials. He also stated that they had started a different job because they couldn't start before 10am. He agreed to the job knowing why and that it was important to have it done within a certain time and be on time. His guys did not show up until 2:30pm and asked if I spoke Spanish. I do not and had to call someone to help translate. They did not have the materials needed to complete the job at that time and would need to still get them. I told them that unfortunately I would have to reschedule as they could not roll the job to the next day. They sat in the truck outside for awhile and wouldn't leave. I then got a call from the owner who was very rude and not professional. I ended up having to fire him and told him to have a nice day. Then he sent an unprofessional text message that I did not respond to. Below is the text message I received. "My guys can do that Job in 2-3 hours you told them they wouldn't have time to finish and locked them out of the back yard so who's difficult to your with the bid said to change fascia as needed and if it all needs to be replaced it will be nobody said they couldn't do the job you sent them away an wasted their time" I never locked them out of the yard, as the gate doesn't even have a lock. I simply stated I would now need to reschedule the work to be performed.

  We agreed to have the work completed between the hours of 10:00am and 6:00pm. This job only takes 2-3 hours to complete. Crystal didn't reach out to me that she wanted to reschedule. My foreman said that she was upset they didn't have wood with them upon arrival around 2:30pm and sent them away and locked them out of the side gate. They sat outside confused and called me stating the homeowner would not let them work. We had the patio materials on the truck with us upon arrival. We dont take wood to a job until we determine how much wood will be needed. This is determined once the roof is removed from the deck and we can determine how many sheets of decking will be needed if any and if the fascia board would all need to be replaced or if some could be saved. I called the owner to find out what the issue was and she told me that we wouldn't have enough time to complete the work and wanted someone else to do the work and hung up on me. We were all confused and not sure what had happened. I texted her letting her know that the job could be completed in 2-3 hours and that we would change all the wood she would like, but she didn't even allow us to get started. The statements made about being unprofessional over the phone or by text are completely false and defamatory. I would be happy to provide the transcript of our phone call and or text history to discredit these false statements.

  We had a great experience. We had a different roofer abandon us after the tiles were removed for a repair. Romco came out and assessed the roof, gave us a very competitive price and was able to complete the job quickly before the rains came. We will be using them again when we have to replace the rest of our 25 year old roof.

  Romco did a great job with our porch roof and facia replacement. While there were some hiccups with scheduling the work , the crew that showed up was very friendly, respectful of the property, and worked efficiently. The job was completed in less time than expected and looked great when they were done. Everyone we dealt with from beginning to end of the job was helpful and pleasant to talk to. Would hire again.

  Over the last 10 years, I have worked with for previous roofing companies. ROMCO absolutely stood out is the most outstanding. As a result of thunderstorm microbursts, a number of concrete, nailed roofing tiles were blown off my roof. It is notable that my roof is over 20 years old, exceeding the lifespan of many roofs. Elliott, of Romco Roofing, came and assessed the damage, as well as other qualities of the roof. Of course, ideally, it was recommended that replacing at least half the roof (if not the full roof) would be the best and most cost-efficient option. However, my current situation does not permit me that luxury. Elliott provided me with a number of different options, including the localized repair. There was NO high-pressure selling. Elliot simply presented 4 different options. When I explained that I desired the lowest cost option (spot repair), he totally respected my situation and decision without the "judgment" employed by the sales people of other companies. The repair was done in an extraordinarily timely and professional fashion. My experience with ROMCO roofing far exceeds those associated with other roofers. I HIGHLY recommend ROMCO!
