  Called Rogue Roofing for roof repair, pretty much checking shingles over my carport that the wind was lifting. Granted, not a big money project but I signed a contract early in July and finally got a call yesterday they would be out this morning @ 8;00, first job, yay! Well, no show and NO CALL. I called at 11 and was told they had to go somewhere else to finish up a job, no apology or accountability. I know roofers can be very busy in the summer and I called them only a couple of times during those 6 weeks of waiting to follow up on a repair date. Can’t recommend them due to poor customer communication and no services completed.

  Right now so far I have had a wonderful experience with this company, they are scheduled later this summer to put a new roof on, and so far the professionalism , courtesy and overall great knowledge , they have showed me , made us think we have chosen the right company!!!

  We hired Rogue Valley Roofing for a full roof tear off and replacement. Great experience from start to finish. Showed up when they said they would for the quote and the job itself. Finished in a timely manner and the roof looked great. Couldn’t be happier. I Will use them again in the future on other houses.

  I do not take giving "Glowing Reviews" easily. Rogue Valley Roofing, WOW. A team that showed up and started work at 8 a.m. every day. A team, that swept and air blowed their "working area". A team, that knew their skill set, and needed NO supervision. From the first voice that answered their phone, to the management with product questions, to the owner that continually made this process seamless; to even the metal detector used to pick up screws and nails at property. We are very grateful homeowners. Rogue Valley Roofing came to us through a recommendation, was very highly recommended. From Beginning to Very End, Rogue Valley Roofing did not disappoint.   The owner obviously cares about his business. He came out at the end to inspect the job. He ensured quality work. Employees were friendly. Got the job done and made it look great.

  Not that I buy a Roof a Month, but I do purchase Three or Four a Year, so when it comes to knowing what's good, well, Robert and the Team over at RVR are my go to phone call when the pitch is at an angle, or the when Tenant Safety is a Priority! Great Warranty as well..
