Seriously bad work. They were hired to fix a pooling issue on the flat roof of my mudroom and stop any leaking caused by the pooling. They came and uncovered the roof during a downpour, which only damaged the roof further. While they were working, a huge bubble of water appeared on the interior ceiling because they hadn't bothered to cover the roof during the storm. They left at the end of the day but promised, PROMISED they would be back the next day to repair the additional damage they had caused and fix the pooling issue. They even described in detail the work they would do to make everything right. Instead, they showed up today, replaced the gutters that had been removed for the job and drove off saying it wasn't their problem and that the front office told them to stop working. Figuratively gave us the finger and walked away.

We would like to share our perspective on this. First is that we are working for the owner who hired us and he is in the loop as to what is and isn't being fixed. Second, since this is a repair of a roof that was already leaking, before we were able to get it completely fixed, it did rain again and bring in more water. We appreciate your concern since you are the tenant but we only share information with the customer that is paying the bill. We are still coming back out to complete the repair and will continue to update the owner.

Pressure Point Roofing is shady, underhanded, and unprofessional. I called to determine if my roof was leaking. Pressure Point representative arrived, went to the attic and determined that no leak was present and left. No work was performed and the entire visit took less than 15 minutes. Their bill for less than 15 minutes and no work performed is $200. When I explained that no work was done they backtracked and tried to say something was wrong with my HVAC in a shady attempt to fix something that was determined to be fine a the time of the original visit. Find a more reputable roofer, this is not it.

Thank you for your review. Although we were not able to locate a leaking roof, our minimum call out fee to determine that there was not a leak, is there to pay for the employees time and fuel who did come out to look for the leak.. They still get paid whether or not there is any work performed. We do make sure that our customers are made aware of the call out fee before we arrive. We are sorry that you were not satisfied with our service.

The crew showed up 2 hours late on day one. After taking 3 times longer than estimated to complete the job, the crew had to come back twice because the errors noted during final inspection were not corrected during the first attempt to correct them. Two stars due to the materials we paid for seem to be good quality.

Thank you for taking the time to fill out the review. Yes we would have liked this job to go a little smoother as well but with weather and some understructure issues that we needed to deal with after taking off the old roof it slowed us up. I am glad that you approve of the materials as Owens Corning puts out a good product. We are always working to improve our processes so we appreciate the honest feedback.

Well we've call them 6 or 7 times to fix a leak in the roof and it still leaks. Also they put wrong colored shingles on roof and didn't care to see if that was ok until job was done. They also put a window in that is to big so it doesn't open very good. Idk over all not satisfied with for the amount of money paid
Reply from the business
I am sorry that you feel that you are not satisfied. We have always responded to any leak calls that were called in about this house. The issue with the window being to large has not ever been brought to our attention. If you want to call in to the shop and tell us what is going on we can figure out what a remedy might be. As for the shingles on the roof, we have brought to your attention that the roof needs to be replaced as it is way beyond its service life. The shingles used are the closest to the color that is on the house as they do not manufacture that shingle color anymore. Again, please call in and let us know what is going on so we can see if there is something we can do about it.

i asked for a written roof quote but never got one so i would not have them do the roof replacment as i needed it for Insurance.
Reply from the business
John, thanks for the review but we did communicate to you by email and phone why we would not be able to give you and estimate for the repair you wanted. Unfortunately that is not what you wanted to hear.

Had someone come out to quote a job. It’s been over 2 months and I still haven’t received a quote. I’ve called and emailed several times and no one calls back or emailed me a quote.
Reply from the business
Kathy we did return your inquiry that we are unable to get you a quote due to the situation and design of your roof. If you still have questions feel free to contact us.

Very unprofessional personal not only but as I am wlking to the store trying to cross the road one of their workers slames on his horn over 100 feet way and then continues to park and block the road as he rushed towards me hurling insults. Overall not going to recommend them to anyone, let alone give them my business.

Andrew, we would welcome a call to the office so that we can figure out who was involved. We apologize for this as our company does not condone this type of behavior.

I called them for an estimate on a few smaller roof repairs for my commercial building. I was promised a call and an estimate. After not receiving the call back, I had to call again, twice, before getting someone to come out and look. I was blown off another two times before the guy actually came out to the location. Not sure why, but I thought I'd give them another try on a residential roof ( a year later) and they said they didn't want to work for me. I appreciate the honesty, but wow. My bad for calling them again.

Hi Zachary, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the frustration you experienced. Failing to follow up promptly and communicate clearly is not the level of service we strive to provide. While this review reflects an experience from several years ago, we understand why it left a negative impression. We appreciate you giving us a second opportunity, and we're sorry that your interactions with our team did not meet your expectations. We have worked hard to improve our communication and customer service processes since then. Thank you for taking the time to bring these concerns to our attention, and we wish you all the best with your future roofing projects.

I think they did a great job with communication and making sure we were satisfied with the final product. I was working from home during a portion of the tear off / installation and their employees were respectful, hard working, and they did a good job cleaning up their mess every day.

Pressure Point Roofing performed a remove and replace project for our 30 unit condominium complex in Grants Pass, OR, in summer 2025. This was not an easy project as the original roof was tile and we switched to shingles. The challenges were many, but Darron and his crew met every one with professionalism and integrity. We have 25 unit owners we needed to coordinate. Each top floor unit, 10 of them, have 2 different skylights, and some have solar tubes. Darron worked with me to get individual pricing for different models to give owners choices, with patience. The challenges of the different depth material was met without hassle and work performed with fabulous craftsmanship. His crew kept me informed of work schedules so I could inform residents promptly. All punch list details were corrected or completed with efficiency at the end of the project. The other owners were very pleased with the work and performance. I would not hesitate to hire Pressure Point anytime in the future. They aim to please and turn out a wonderful product. Thank you Darron and crew!

Ginny, thank you for taking the time to share this—coordinating a 30‑unit reroof with a switch from tile to shingles, plus all those skylights and solar tubes, is no small task. We really appreciate your trust and are glad our communication, flexibility on pricing options, and attention to the punch list helped keep things running smoothly and left everyone happy with the finished roof.
