This company is the worst more specifically Mike the owner is the worst. He costed us a whole house, a good interest rate, my earnest money. Literally ruined my life. He was hired to fix a roof on a house we were buying they left a dead valley in the roof. They were hired to remediate some mold and they basically just fogged it when in reality the replacement of the materials infected would have more cost effective as they were already replacing the roof. The owner Mike is literally the worst. We attempted to come to open a dialogue with him and he became super aggressive and hostile. It was like watching the first episode of the show Rico to the a Rescue. He was extremely unprofessional and then proceeded to insult my character. He basically said I was trying to rip off the owner like how is ensuing my health ripping off the owners? Please stay clear from this company! To ensure we weren't just making a mountain out of a mole hill we had a completely different roof company come look at their work and they confirm that there were issues that should have been addressed when the roof was replaced. The biggest example of this is the death valley which is when there is not enough of a slope so water will just sit on the roof. What kind of working professionals miss that? Honestly overall experience was garbage. When we tried to address the mold issue he had no regard for our health. Oh and in the process of fixing the roof they broke some rafters and didn’t take accountability. I can’t express enough how far you need to stay away from this company. I hope other people never experience his terrible lack of professional.

We recently had MJ Roofing replace the roofing on our house and shop. We were very pleased with the level of professionalism of both Michael and John. We received an estimate and there were no hidden surprises. The level of efficiency displayed by the crew was outstanding. There was no wasted time, no wasted movement, and most importantly, no wasted materials. The roofs look amazing and we couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. I strongly recommend MJ Roofing for any of your roofing needs, big or small. M&C Smith – Klamath Falls

These guys are great. Michael came out to look at the house, and had a fair detailed quote to us promptly. Once we gave the green light to proceed, we were given a date, and they showed up when they said they would. The team showed up and went right to work, quickly and efficiently getting the old roofing removed and the new roofing installed. I was blown away with how quickly they had the project done, and left with nearly no trace they were ever here. No hassle getting them here, and no mess when they left.

We needed a new roof and gutters as ours were at the end of their life. Mike came out to give us a bid and gave us 3 options. He explained the the process as well as the different materials. We chose MJ Roofing because we experienced friendly service, fair pricing, and believed the friend who referred us. We are very satisfied with the finished job! The crew was hard working, conscientious of our landscaping, and did amazingly solid and fast work. Mike communicated with us throughout the project keeping us informed and apprised of additional structural needs as they arose making quick work of the project. My neighbors were amazed at how hard and fast the crew got the old roof off and the new one completely finished. At the end of the day most of the crew were walking around the yard cleaning up and made sure the area was clean and safe for our grandkids and animals. With the gutters now installed our home looks fresh and complete. I definately recommend MJ Roofing and Exteriors and would call on them again for other projects.
