  We called Jam roofing because we had a small leak on our roof, they scheduled to come out the following day. That day they called and said they had to reschedule, so they said they would come out that following Saturday, no one showed up or called us. My husband then called and left them a message reminding them of the appointment, they never called us back. I can't leave a review on their work since they never did any, but I would not recommend a company that can't even keep an appt.

  Had Jam come out to give us a estimate on our roof , and never got back to us as he said he would. Guess he didnt need the work , maybe thats a good thing ! If you did hire him maybe he would never show up to do the work.

  Each and every customer is important to us and I'm sorry that we were unable to contact you to schedule a time for Jeff to return with your estimate. Often times when we don't hear back from a homeowner after multiple attempts we have to assume that they've selected another contractor to complete their work and we don't want to continue trying to contact them. If you have roofing needs in the future we would appreciate the opportunity to work with you.

  I reached out via their website to get a bid for a new roof and within 24 hours I was contacted by Austin, one of their salesmen. He scheduled a time to come out later in the week, but before our scheduled appointment it started raining and a drip drip began falling from my ceiling. I called the office, Austin adjusted his schedule, came right out, and within a few hours the leak had been covered up. Austin was super responsive, knowledgeable, friendly, professional, patient, honest, and low/no pressure. I was confused by the differences among all the bids I had received, and he offered to review them with me, which I appreciated. I learned they weren’t apples to apples and I was able to make an informed decision based on multiple factors, not strictly off the cost, which is typically a person’s first instinct. The crew arrived early each day, they were friendly, professional, cleaned up each day like they were never coming back, and other than a few footsteps above me, I hardly knew they were there. Within 2 weeks, I was admiring my beautiful new roof. It looks AMAZING and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. The whole process was quick, easy, and painless. I definitely and highly recommend Jam Roofing!

  Great experience with Austin who came out and provided a thorough estimate and follow up. He represented the company well, helped us navigate our options and was part of the reason we ended up with JAM. The job was done within 5 days and overall we had good interactions with the team.

  What a great experience, not something most people can say when they need a new roof! From the beginning JAM was professional, courteous and honest about my options! Once we settled on the style that would work best for us and look great, their team took care of everything efficiently, kept in communication throughout the entire process and worked with our schedule to ensure the timing was perfect! I truly could not recommend them enough!!

  JAM Roofing is a must call roofing company. From the initial call to finished product. Dan Daulton was my point of contact. Professional, concise, accurate as possible and capable when situations changed. Austin Dobbins was lead on the project. Project completed on time, within expectations, professional, excellent quality work. Given the opportunity to work with this outfit again we are 100% confident these are our go to guys.

  As a journeyman plumber, I’ve worked alongside many contractors, and I can confidently say this roofing company stands out. Brandon was my main point of contact, and he was extremely professional, kind, and consistently communicative throughout the entire process. The lead technician, David, arrived on time, was very efficient, and conducted himself with a high level of professionalism. You can tell this team genuinely cares about the quality of the work being performed — and just as importantly, they care about their crew and their safety. That speaks volumes. The pricing was very reasonable, and the quote was written clearly and professionally. As a professional in the trades myself, I highly recommend them to anyone. For a large company to remain thoughtful, flexible, and attentive — no matter how big or small the job — is truly admirable.

  My sister recommended JAM as they had done roofs on two of her houses. David did a thorough inspection and showed us pictures of the roof before we proceeded. The workers took the entire roof off in one day and replaced the wood rot and entire roof the next day. The site was immaculate after they finished and the site manager inspected their work. Working with David and JAM was a very pleasant experience and our roof looks great. I would recommend JAM Roofing to any and all who are in need of roof repairs/replacement.

  JAM Roofing just repaired my roof and I could not be happier. Dan Dalton went out of his way to provide me a very reasonable estimate and made sure my repair was expedited with the rainy weather that was expected. Jimmy and Jeremy did a great job with the actual repair! Very knowledgeable and did excellent work on my tile roof repair. Thank you Dan, Jimmy, Jeremy and JAM Roofing!
