  I hired this company to install gutters on the back of my house in December 2025. After install I pointed out they were not sloping correctly and were in fact sloped away from the drains. They also mangled the roof flashing. I’ve sent photos and constant messages to get someone to fix the issue. All I get is the runaround of one thing or another as to why they cannot come to fix. I’ve been waiting over 5 months . The only contact I get is if I initiate. I need this company to either fix their error, pay for another licensed and bonded company to fix the issue or reimburse me.

  Terrible customer service Chris goes under different aliases so watch out No warranty work No call back on leaking gutters Do your due diligence poor workmanship Take your money and run business. Terrible service buyer beware

  Unfortunately due to a personal crisis i wasn't able to come assist in a situation that was actually caused by your roofers not installing drip edge. I am very sorry and am striving to be better. As far as your allegation of creating aliases, I had to create a dummy account on FB (solely for placing ads) due to my main account being compromised. Notice the laughable name. No intent to deceive or defraud anyone can be accomplished with the name of Gutterslinger .

  I highly recommend Rocky Top Total Roofing LLC. Chris was excellent to work with throughout the entire project. Communication was outstanding, and he kept me updated on material availability since I was looking for a specific color. His pricing was honest and fair, and there were no surprises along the way. He showed up, did exactly what he said he would do, and completed the job without any issues. It's refreshing to work with a contractor who is straightforward, reliable, and takes pride in doing quality work.

  I called on Friday and by Sunday afternoon, Chris was able to swing by to fix our leaky gutter. He is a great communicator and is reasonably priced. I highly recommend and would definitely work with him again!

  Chris recently completed a roof inspection for me, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained the current condition of my roof without trying to sell me something I didn't need.
