The company did not know what was in their own terms of service, which was ridiculous and basically indemnified them from any fault of their own doing at owner expense, up to the point of the homeowner being responsible for paying to represent them in court. I did not use them because of their terms of service.

Hi Matthew, thank you for your feedback. We’d like clarify that no services were ever performed for you and no contract was signed. You chose to not move forward with us after being provided at our standard terms, which are provided upfront for transparency. Additionally the inquiry was related to our St. Louis , Missouri market, not our Huntsville, Alabama and location where this review was posted. We respect your decision and wish you the best on your project. - Rocket Roofing & Restoration Contractors

The customer service with Rocket Roofing is deplorable. I was first contacted by a Rocket Roofing representative on March 25, 2025. My roof was inspected and it was determined that my roof and guttering needed replacement, along with the metal panels on my patio cover also needs to be replaced. The guttering and roof have been completed and six months later I still do not have the work on my patio completed. I have made repeated attempts to contact the company with limited success. I have been told someone from the management would contact me, but I have heard nothing. When my guttering was done, it appears that a wooden fascia board above my patio and below the roof line was not replaced and this allowed animals to get into my attic. I had to pay over $1000 with a pest control company to correct this problem, money I would not have had to put out it the work was done correctly. Avoid Rocket Roofing if you want to deal with a professional company. I posted this review a week ago with the hope that it would response from the company. I did receive a phone call from a company representative that promised that they would have the work completed on my patio this past week. As of this date, no further work has been done. I find it interesting that only positive reviews warrant any kind of response to the review. One would think that the company would want to do what they could to satisfy a disgruntled customer but apparently not. I also found it interesting that two days after I posted my negative review, that there was another review from a "customer" that also needed a new roof, guttering, and patio cover tiles, the exact same work that I needed done, but they had a just wonderful experience from the company. They also remarked how responsive the company was and how professional and communicative the company was, both concerns that I expressed in my review. Such an amazing coincidence.

Rocket Roofing & Restoration Contractors did an incredible job after a tree crashed into our home during a storm. They replaced our roof, rebuilt an entire exterior wall, repaired the interior drywall, and worked with our insurance company throughout the claim. Knowing they are Alabama Home Builder licensed gave us confidence they could handle the structural repairs, not just the roofing. The workmanship, communication, and professionalism were outstanding. I highly recommend them to anyone needing storm damage restoration.

Arthur, thank you for the kind words—I'm thrilled we could help get everything back together after the storm, from the roof replacement and exterior wall rebuild to the interior drywall repairs. We’re glad our communication and professionalism, along with working through the insurance claim, made the process easier and gave you confidence in the structural repairs.

They do a good job, not only the rooftop itself but also taking preventive measures to protect the area around my house and also my pets. They do a through clean up.

Rocket Roofing rebuilt our roof following bad tornado damage. They were very thorough and easy to work with, and they understood the ins and outs of insurance in these kinds of situations. I highly recommend them.

Choosing support for a bathroom renovation can feel overwhelming, so having a clear process matters. From my experience, everything was explained in a simple and organized way, which made the project feel manageable. That structure and steady communication made the whole experience feel calm and reliable.

Had several quotes. Their quote was not only the best value, they did exactly what they said they would do at that fair price. They did not leave a mess, on the contrary they left the area cleaner than when they found it. New construction, but this has been one of the best contractors I’ve dealt with. Gladly recommend them. I hope they do gutters, if so I’ll be calling them again.
