They went above and beyond by adding screens in two spots along the fascia board that had been chewed up, which helped prevent more damage until we are ready for new siding. The roofing crew completed the roof in just one day, worked efficiently, and did a thorough cleanup so the yard stayed clear of nails and debris. The gutter installation was also finished quickly, and the gutter guards look strong and high quality. Other roofing estimates told me they could just install new shingles over the existing roof, but with the mold and moisture issues, I felt a full tear-off and replacement was the right way to handle it. Robinson Family Roof Repair gave me a beautiful new roof, and the difference has been huge. They also added the attic ventilation my home needed, and now the musty smell is gone. With the warmer weather, the house feels more comfortable inside, and I can clearly tell the airflow is much better. This is the second home where I have had the roof replaced, and both times the roofs were in rough condition, so I know how important solid roofing work really is.
