  I didn’t have a good experience at all. The workers left a mess everyday and the owner wasn’t professional I do not recommend if you want good quality service

  Was a nightmare dealing with this company, wouldn't fix their mistake, made up excuses. Years later we're still repairing damage done. Find another company.

  OneWay installed a roof for me, and later, when it was raining pretty hard, I noticed that there was water curling under my shingles and running behind my gutters and had caused some water damage to my fascia boards. The problem was that the shingles did not have enough overhang. I had to call several times over several days, to return my call and get someone to come out. The person that came out was quickly making excuses and gave me 2 different numbers for what the overhang was supposed to be. Both numbers were wrong. He said a half inch was good, and even said that 3/8 inch was good. These are incorrect for a roof that did not include a gutter apron or drip edge. Then he told me that the fascia boards had pulled away, causing the problem. He told me to screw the fascia boards on tighter, which I did, and the problem still existed, because the overhang was still insufficient, so I called them back. He told me that my issue was going to have to be handled by the owner (Tony) and he sent Tony a message. I did not hear from Tony and I left a few messages myself for him over about a 3 week period. So I just fixed the problem myself by adding a piece of gutter apron where the water was still pouring behind my gutter (between the gutter and fascia board). OneWay did not honor their warranty. The way the shingles were installed was causing water damage. Then they made up excuses and just ignored my calls and my email to the company. I would not use this company if I were you.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service, Professionalism, and Quality Work! I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience working with Jeremy and the team at One Way Roofing! From start to finish, the entire roof and siding replacement process was incredibly smooth and professional. Jeremy communicated excellently every step of the way, paid incredible attention to detail, answered all my questions, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was done to the highest standard. The quality of their work is outstanding, and my home looks absolutely beautiful! If you are looking for an honest, dependable, and highly skilled company for your roofing or siding needs, I highly recommend One Way Roofing!

  on July 16,2026 one way roofing replaced my roof and roof of my shed even with rain delayed one and half they were did a great job and project manager showed me arial photo and roof looked great from me contacting them with a week or so they came and did my roofs . Great job

  I’ve never had a more professional, conscientious, honest and helpful service provider of any kind compared to OneWay Construction. Not only did their roofing crews do an incredible job shingling 14 very complicated condo roofs, OneWay went to incredible lengths to get the insurance company to reassess and increase their initial payout offer of $15,000 to a final payout of over $360,000 — yes, $360,000 not $36,000. I can confidently say, had OneWay Construction not been our roofing contractor, our condo association would have ended up settling for a payout of maybe $30,000.

  What a great job, at a great price, on a tight timeline! We found out 6 days before closing that we needed a new roof, decking, fascia, and gutters on the house we were selling. Within a day One Way had the best bid in our hands. Within 4 days of our first call, the work was completed and we were able to close on time. I’ll definitely be calling them back if I ever need any roof work on our new house!

  We had an insurance claim for hail damage and chose to have One Way handle everything for us. From the start, the owner was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain the entire process clearly. He worked directly with our insurance company and made sure nothing was overlooked. There were several items the insurance adjuster initially missed, but One Way caught them and got everything taken care of. We’re very thankful for One Way and their family for their honesty, professionalism, and great work.

  I had a difficult job that no one wanted or could complete. Most people ghosted me or got rid of me as quickly as possible. Melissa went above and beyond to try to help me and find someone who could. While they ended up also not being able to do this particular job, they came out and took drone photos so that I could at least have those to continue trying to find someone who could help.

Gutters get ignored until the first heavy fall rain We check the Whole Exterior. So, a sagging section or leaking seam that is already forcing water behind the fascia gets found and fixed. In St. Charles, homes with heavy tree cover clog the fastest.
