After a heavy rain, we noticed water getting into our home and started looking for a roofing company that could handle the job. Several contractors were either not the right fit for the scope of work or booked out too far. A neighbor had recently used Robinson Family Roof Repair for a roof replacement and had a great experience, so we reached out. It turned out we needed more than just roof work, including new siding, gutters, and part of a window replaced, which felt like a big project at first. From the first meeting, Marvin and the crew were knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to work with. They helped us choose the right style and colors for our home, and the whole process moved along smoothly. In a short time, our home in Maryland Heights went from worn and outdated to bright, updated, and well protected from Missouri rain and summer weather. The workmanship on the roofing, siding, and gutters was top quality, and the crew was skilled, respectful, and careful with our property. The finished result looks amazing, and we have already had friends and neighbors ask who did the work. We are very happy with the results and would gladly use them again for any future roofing needs.

My wife and i could not be happier with our choice to have a roofing team handle our full roof replacement. The crew came highly recommended by our neighbors, and they truly delivered. derek came out quickly to inspect the roof and give us a clear estimate. As new homeowners, we had a lot of questions about shingles, flashing, ventilation, and the overall roofing process, and derek took the time to explain everything in simple terms and answer every concern. After we decided to move forward, i stayed in touch with roger to work through the details. roger was responsive, friendly, and very helpful, which made the whole project smooth and stress free. The roofing crew arrived early and completed a full replacement of our roof, decking, flashings, skylight, and attic fan. Their workmanship was careful and precise, and you can really see the quality in the finished roof system. They also did a great job protecting our property and being respectful of nearby homes, keeping the job site neat during the work and cleaning up well afterward. We are very pleased with the final result and feel confident that our new roof is ready for the changing weather in Maryland Heights. The whole experience was professional, efficient, and pleasant from start to finish.

Our roof was originally put on the wrong way, which led to a bad leak where the house meets the garage, and later storm damage made it even worse. The crew fixed everything with a full roof replacement, proper flashing, and larger gutters that can handle heavy Missouri rain in Maryland Heights. marvin and derek did excellent work, paid close attention around the flower beds and landscaping, and kept the whole job site very clean from start to finish. Not one nail or scrap was left behind. The new roofing system looks great, drains well, and gives us much better peace of mind during strong storms and hot summer weather. i have already recommended them to several people, and roger made the whole process easy. These guys are great and i would gladly recommend them again.

The new roof and skylight work turned out great, and the finished roof looks excellent. The crew did solid roofing work, and the materials look high quality. During the project, a little more communication would have been helpful, but the overall experience was still positive. At the start, I received my estimate, chose my shingle color, and was excited to move forward. The roofing supplies were delivered, and the installation team arrived ready to begin the roof replacement. Derek was professional and got things moving quickly. Since I work from home, the noise from the tear-off and reroof process made the day busy, but the crew worked efficiently and completed the job well. The roof was finished nicely, and the final result really improved the look of the house. There were also some decking and plywood repairs needed during the project, which explained the added cost beyond the original quote. It would have been helpful to get more updates along the way about scheduling, material delivery, and the extra roof deck replacement, but the workmanship and finished result were very good. Overall, I am very happy with the quality of the roofing job. The shingles, skylight area, and overall installation look great. If the company improves customer communication with a little more notice and clearer updates during the roofing process, the experience would be even better.

After a leak caused damage, we needed a full roof replacement, and Derek came out right away to find the problem. He quickly arranged the tear-off of the old roofing, explained our options, and showed us material samples for the new roof. Even with a small supplier delay, the crew stayed on schedule and finished the roofing job fast with great workmanship. Our new roof looks excellent, and we are very happy with the whole process.

When it was time to replace our roof, I paid close attention to the roofing contractors working in the neighborhood and spoke with a few homeowners about their experience and satisfaction. After getting three estimates from recommended roofers, I found the pricing was fairly close across the board. I chose this company because the estimate was clear, the roofing materials were explained well, and the whole process felt professional from the start. Marvin did a detailed inspection and pointed out the roof areas that needed the most attention. The crew handled the scheduling well, worked efficiently, and delivered excellent workmanship. They installed quality shingles that seem like a solid fit for the heat, storms, and changing weather we get in Missouri. Communication stayed strong throughout the project, the job was finished on budget, and the cleanup was very thorough. The new roof looks great, and I am very pleased with the results. I would highly recommend this roofing company.

Robinson Family Roof Repair did a tremendous job on our roofing project. The crew was professional, polite, skilled, and clearly very experienced with roof replacement and gutter work. The vendors and trades they recommended were also dependable and easy to work with. Our old roof was removed and the new one was installed quickly, and the finished roof looks outstanding. They completed the work efficiently, kept the process organized, and left the yard completely clean when the crew finished for the day. The new gutters look fantastic and really improved the overall appearance of the home. Roger and the whole team made everything smooth from start to finish, and we are extremely happy with the quality, cleanup, and customer service. They truly do top-quality roofing work.

from the first meeting with derek, we could tell this was a roofing company that really cared about the customer. he took time to understand what we wanted for our roof and exterior work, and he clearly explained the best plan for what the house also needed. he prepared us for the roofing process and the possible issues with the insurance claim, and that guidance helped a lot. when questions came up, derek stayed involved from start to finish with the right photos, facts, and experience to help move everything forward. now we have a beautiful new roof, gutters, and screens that look great with the siding and paint. the roofing crew worked hard, stayed organized, and handled the job in a professional way. our project manager kept us updated throughout the whole process, which made everything less stressful. they also understood the kind of weather homes in maryland heights deal with, including heavy rain, wind, heat, and storm damage, so their roofing recommendations made sense for long-term protection. i highly recommend this roofer for anyone needing reliable roofing and exterior service.

Such a wonderful experience working with derek and the crew at Robinson Family Roof Repair. We had them replace our entire roof, install new gutters on a workshop, and handle related exterior repair work around our older home, which was not a simple roofing job. Even with the unique structure and extra care it needed, the project was completed with real skill and steady communication. roger stayed in contact with us throughout the process to make sure we were happy with the progress, and marvin did excellent craftsmanship on the roofing details and finish work. The final results look beautiful, the roof and gutter system work great, and the whole experience felt smooth and professional. We would gladly work with them again for future roofing and exterior projects. Five stars!

Before choosing Robinson Family Roof Repair, we looked at four well-known roofing contractors, and this team stood out for being honest and professional from the start. They did not try to work around the insurance deductible and were very clear about how the roofing process should be handled, which gave us a lot of confidence. That kind of straightforward approach was a big plus in my book. We worked with Roger, and he was knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and very professional. He made the whole roof repair and replacement process much easier by clearly explaining the condition of our roof, what work was needed, and what to expect at each step. His inspection and advice helped us feel comfortable making the right decision for our home. When the roofing crew arrived, they were skilled, respectful, and efficient. It was obvious they knew roofing well and took pride in their workmanship. Throughout the project, they were open about what they were doing, answered questions honestly, and kept the job moving smoothly. I had done some research on roofing beforehand, so I paid close attention during the installation, and it was clear they were focused on quality materials, proper roofing methods, and solid results. We are very happy with the finished roof and with the whole experience overall. The team was flexible, responsive, and prompt, and they made the entire project feel simple and stress-free. The final workmanship looks great, and we truly appreciated the care and professionalism shown from start to finish.

I had a full roof replacement done, with bitumen roofing on the flat section and new shingles on the sloped areas. Once the old materials were removed, they found a lot of hidden roof deck and structural damage, and they repaired everything the right way before finishing the install. Because of all the extra roofing work that went into it, I truly feel confident that I now have a strong, high-quality roof. Robinson Family Roof Repair did an excellent job from start to finish. Roger, Derek, Marvin, and the rest of the crew were professional, friendly, and easy to work with. They kept the property clean at the end of each day, made sure loose debris was picked up, and clearly explained each step of the roofing process as the project moved along. I always knew what was happening with the flat roof system, the shingle installation, and the repairs underneath. Everyone I dealt with worked well together as a real team, and that gave me a lot of trust in the whole project. They took the time to answer questions, stayed organized, and made sure the work was done with care. In Maryland Heights, it is important to have a roof that can handle heavy rain, wind, summer heat, and changing weather, and I feel like they built exactly that. I had a great experience and felt I was in very good hands the entire time.

A friend referred us for roofing and gutter work, and Roger came out to inspect everything we needed and gave us a fair quote. He returned the next day and got started right away. Roger and his crew did outstanding work from start to finish. They were quick to respond, showed up on time, explained the roofing process clearly, and delivered great quality for the price. Our gutters look spotless and work much better now. They also took care of a back door replacement and repaired a damaged area in our living room where the ceiling needed patching after the leak issue. The repair blended in so well you cannot even tell there was ever a problem. The whole project was handled professionally, the cleanup was thorough, and the workmanship really stood out. We are extremely happy with the results and would gladly use this roofing team again for future home projects.

Wow, this roofing crew really knocked it out of the park. From the first roof inspection and estimate to the tear-off and the finished roof work, they impressed me the whole way. The team was clean, polite, and professional, and the workmanship was high quality. Everything was completed on time, and the job site was kept neat during the process. I am very picky about who works on my house, especially when it comes to roofing, flashing, and leak repairs, but they went beyond my expectations. We had a leak on our flat roof caused by a difficult transition around an addition, and Roger came out during a heavy rain to stop the water intrusion. That quick response gave us a lot of peace of mind. After that, the crew came back and properly sealed everything, made sure the problem area was secure, and handled the repair without me having to keep calling or follow up. Derek was excellent at communication and kept me updated through every step of the project. It is hard to find a roofing company in Maryland Heights that shows up when they say they will, explains the work clearly, and delivers solid results, but this team did exactly that. If you want dependable roofers who do quality work, respond quickly, and make the whole process easy, I would highly recommend them.

After moving into an older home, we started noticing several roof leaks from sections that had been patched at different times. Robinson Family Roof Repair came out quickly, inspected everything, and gave us a detailed, fair quote that compared well with other roofing estimates. The crew explained the roof repair process clearly, worked fast, and finished the job in one day without any problems. They also did an excellent cleanup when the roofing work was done. Our carpenter had recommended them, and we are very glad we chose them for the roof replacement and leak repair. The workmanship was high quality, the service was professional, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish.
