  We had a very frustrating experience with Martin & Sons during the insurance claim process. To be clear, based on their many positive reviews, I don’t doubt that the quality of their actual work is solid. However, where they fell short—significantly—was in the initial stage when guidance matters most. We were essentially left out to dry when it came to understanding how to properly initiate a claim and position ourselves for approval. There was little to no direction on best practices, documentation, or how to navigate the process effectively. For homeowners who aren’t experienced in dealing with insurance claims, this lack of support can be a costly mistake. I would strongly recommend working with a public adjuster or a roofing company that actively helps manage or clearly guides you through the claims process first. Once your claim is approved, then consider bringing in Martin & Sons for the work itself. Learn from our experience—don’t make the same expensive mistake we did.

  I just used this company again to do my doors, windows, gutters, and siding and Im extremely pleased with their work. They came out respected my property and did a good job. I would use this company everytime and I highly recommend them.

  I’ve worked with a lot of roofing companies since June 2024, and Martin & Sons LLC was by far the best. I had a leak coming into my office and kitchen, and they were quick to assess the problem and give me a solid solution. Communication was great the whole way through—they kept me updated and were easy to reach. They got the job done fast and efficiently. There were some nails left around the yard afterward, but that’s pretty common with roofing work. Also, an oil stain showed up on the driveway from a delivery truck (not even their vehicle), but they still took care of it without any hassle. Their pricing was very reasonable, and overall, I was really impressed. I’d definitely recommend Martin & Sons LLC to anyone needing roofing work.

  Martin & Sons LLC is the best roofing company we have ever worked with. The owners and staff were very professional, personable, considerate, timely, and accommodating. We never felt rushed or pressured throughout the process. Their service far exceeded everyone else!

  Martin & Sons were exceptional. Starting with a prompt and punctual estimate that was very competitive and inclusive. The installation crew were terrific. They went above and beyond to get all the details right. My wife and I have been inundated with compliments and could not be happier. Highly recommend!

  Martin & Sons had just finish installing siding on my home yesterday 4/16/26 . The crew did a wonderful job . The foeman Marty was very informative and polite as were the crew . I was so impressed they finish the job in two days and clean up very well. P I recommend Martin & Sons Thank You Jeff Martin

  Martin and Sons did a phenomenal job replacing my roof! The decking was pretty bad and the shingles were over 20 years old. From start to finish, their communication was top notch, answering all my questions and explaining each step of the process. The day of installation, the team showed up on time, and worked quickly and efficiently, replacing all the rotted out decking and damaged shingles. They were courteous, professional and, they were neat! They were constantly cleaning up debris and nails. While the team was working, there was great communication with us regarding the progress of the installation. Once they were done, they cleaned up everything and not a nail in sight. Phenomenal job. I would highly recommend Martin and Sons for all your roofing needs! Thanks guys!

  Jeff and John Martin aka Martin and Sons, replaced all of my vinyl siding, gutters and downspouts. Did an excellent job, cleaned up the job site daily before they left for the day. Very reasonable pricing and knowledgeable in the industry! Stand behind their work!

  Initially we chose the wrong company and should have went this route in the first place after the 2025 tornado. Martin and Sons got right to it getting permits and updates from the city to make sure everything was up to code, along with going back and forth with the insurance company. We got to pick the new shingles for our roof. Cannot thank them enough for their hard work and friendly team!

  After the March tornado in Florissant, MO, Martin & Sons LLC stepped in when multiple delays and errors from another contractor and the insurance process left my home unresolved for months. From the beginning, they were honest, set clear expectations and followed through on every promise! When the insurance company pushed back on their estimate, Jeff even personally came back out to remeasure everything using exact measurements, not estimates and invited me to walked through the process, explaining the differences in their estimate versus the verified incomplete estimate from the insurance adjusters record. This made all the difference in the world to me, especially because the insurance company was just being unreasonable. He recognized I was a new home owner and took care to make sure I understood everything. When the work began on the roof, siding, columns, gutters, windows, etc. their crews were all professional, courteous and respectful. Despite the scope of the projects, they even kept the area around my home as clean and organized as possible. This level of care and accountability from the top down meant so much to me during a time that was one of the most stressful in my life. Above all, the greatest gift they gave me was peace of mind! Knowing that my home was finally going to be restored and that we would have our complete home back was priceless! The finished work is beautiful, and I truly love the results! Jeff and John, thanks again for all the care, integrity, and commitment showed to my family. We are incredibly blessed and grateful that you took on “one more job “in the middle of an already overwhelming workload. May God Bless your business abundantly!
