I first spoke with Johnathan’s dad, and right away I could tell they were honest, hardworking people. When I met Johnathan, he was professional, polite, and easy to talk to. Robinson Family Roof Repair came to our home in Valley Park with several roofing options and clearly explained the materials, shingles, and pricing. I was very impressed with how everything was handled. He was never pushy, and he made me feel comfortable with his knowledge of the roofing products and the full roof replacement process. We also had a few other roofers give us estimates, but none of them felt like the right fit. The price was fair, and the workmanship made it clear we made the right choice. The crew was friendly, worked efficiently, and did a great job keeping the jobsite neat and the mess under control. They finished the roof installation and cleanup in one day, which was especially appreciated with the changing weather in MO. I am extremely happy with our new roof and the overall service. I would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roof repair, a new roof, or even gutter replacement. If we ever need more roofing work again, they will be the first ones I call.

Working with this roofing team was a real pleasure. i called around 4:45pm on a Friday thinking no one would answer, but a friendly receptionist picked up, took my information, and said someone would call back for more details about the storm damage and to put together an estimate. later that evening, eric called, reviewed the roof photos i sent, and got an estimate over to me within minutes along with a Monday morning appointment. The roofing work was finished on time, the price was fair, and the whole process felt smooth and professional. They explained the shingle repair clearly, responded fast, and made the roof damage much less stressful to deal with. i wish all roofing contractors were this reliable and easy to work with.

our roof was getting worn around the shingle edges, so we knew a full roof replacement would be needed soon. eric came out, looked everything over, and walked us through the roofing options, materials, and payment choices in a very clear and easy way. he was patient, answered all of our questions, and made the whole process feel simple and stress free. we chose this roofing company because they took the time to explain each step, from tear off to installation, and helped us understand what would work best for our home in valley park. the crew did excellent work, and the new roof looks great. there were a couple small issues during the job with the crew and a rain diverter, but eric handled everything quickly and made sure it was corrected the right way. he also set up a gutter installation for the front of the house after the rain diverter was missed. it is clear they care about quality workmanship and customer service, and they go the extra mile to make sure the roof, gutters, and drainage details are done right. i would gladly recommend them to anyone in valley park who needs a new roof or related exterior work.

A neighbor recommended Robinson Family Roof Repair, and Johnathan is the real deal. The crew delivers high-quality roofing work at a fair price and is easy to work with from start to finish. When they helped with my attic insulation and roof replacement, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right and that I was fully satisfied. They used quality shingles, solid roofing materials, and paid close attention to every detail. The team was trustworthy, hard-working, reliable, and kept the job site clean. After storm damage, we hired them for a full roof replacement, and the results were outstanding. The pricing was reasonable, the workmanship was excellent, and the whole process felt smooth and professional. I highly recommend them and would gladly call them again for any roofing repair or replacement.

Robinson Family Roof Repair replaced my roof, and I am very happy with both the work and the final result. They took time to meet with me and go over the details of what the roofing job needed. I had several roof vents added, a shed roof replaced, and a skylight swapped out as part of the project. The estimate was competitive and the pricing was clear from the start, including a per-sheet plywood cost in case any damaged decking was found during the tear-off. Only a few sheets needed replacement, and there were no unexpected charges. The roofing crew was professional, worked efficiently, and did a thorough clean up after the job was finished. I highly recommend them for roof replacement work in Valley Park.

We had ongoing roof problems after buying this home, including nail pops, leaks, and damage around the hip roof area. After dealing with these issues for a long time, we finally saved enough to hire a professional roofing contractor in Valley Park. We spoke with several roofers, and it became clear that the roof was in much worse shape than we first thought. The repair was a major project, and a full rebuild of the hip section was needed. We chose this roofing company because the pricing was fair, and their knowledge, professionalism, and clear communication stood out right away. What really impressed us was how thorough Eric was during the inspection. While some roofing contractors only looked at the surface, he also checked the attic to find the root cause of the problem. He quickly found that the ventilation system was not working correctly, which was causing excessive attic heat and leading to warping in different parts of the roof. He explained that it was not simply a matter of adding more vents, but making sure the roof ventilation system was designed the right way. He recommended ridge vents, which are low-profile, efficient, and a much better fit for this roof. He also explained the quality of the shingles and other roofing materials being used, which gave us confidence that the repair would hold up well through Missouri heat, storms, wind, and seasonal weather changes. From the carpenters and roofers to the cleanup crew, everyone worked hard and treated our property with care. The crew showed real skill in the framing, roof deck repairs, shingle installation, and finishing details. The completed roof looks great, performs much better, and the workmanship went beyond our expectations. The whole process felt organized and professional from start to finish. We are very happy with the results and would gladly use this roofing team again for future exterior projects. If you need roof repair, ventilation corrections, or a major roofing replacement done the right

Johnathan and the crew at Robinson Family Roof Repair just finished my roof and did an excellent job. Communication before the project started and all through the roofing work was outstanding, and I always knew what was happening next. They handled the permit quickly, answered my questions right away, and kept me updated at each step of the process. The team installed peel and stick underlayment, put on architectural shingles, replaced some fascia, and completed everything in a fast and professional way. They also made sure the roof was ready to handle Missouri heat, storms, and changing weather. The price was competitive, the workmanship was strong, and the overall value was very good. I highly recommend them for roof repair and replacement work.
