I had a great experience with this roofing team in Irving. Their customer service and attention to detail went far beyond what i expected, and the whole process felt smooth from start to finish. earl and the crew were friendly, professional, and easy to talk with. They kept communication open from the first roof inspection through the final walkthrough, and they explained each step clearly. I was especially impressed that they were able to find and match shingles that were very hard to source from the manufacturer. The work was handled carefully, the job site stayed organized, and the finished roof looks excellent. i've already scheduled another roofing job with them and plan to use them again for any future roof repairs or replacement work.

Once again, Robinson Brothers Roofing Llc came through for me. On the first visit, the team quickly fixed a roof leak that had started affecting my living room ceiling. After that, Landon and Avery built and installed a proper cricket behind the chimney to help move water away from that trouble spot and keep debris from collecting there. The crew worked fast, stayed organized, and had everything finished by the afternoon. Harrison also did an excellent job coordinating the repair schedule around my many medical appointments, which made the whole process much easier. Everyone involved in both roofing jobs was professional, helpful, and efficient, and I am very pleased with the service and the quality of the work.

Our whole experience with Robinson Brothers Roofing Llc went above what we expected from start to finish. The work included the roof, soffit, fascia, and gutters, and every part of the project felt well planned and handled with real care. From the first inspection through the final cleanup, the team made the process smooth, clear, and stress free. Avery was our first point of contact and did a great job. He was knowledgeable, patient with all of our questions, and took the time to explain the roofing scope, materials, and next steps in simple terms. If there was anything he needed to confirm, he followed up quickly and made sure we had the right information. He was on time, prepared, easy to talk with, and never made us feel pressured. We appreciated how much he focused on quality workmanship and building trust for the project. John helped with confirming everything and was kind, professional, and very patient. Scheduling matched the quoted timeline, which made planning much easier. Communication stayed strong the whole way through, and we always knew what was happening with the job. Earl and the crew arrived as expected and handled the installation with excellent attention to detail. They took precautions around the property, worked carefully, and explained each step of the roofing process clearly. The workmanship on the roofline, soffit, fascia, and gutter work looked great, and the cleanup was spotless when the job was finished. It was clear the crew cared about doing the job right, not just getting it done fast. What stood out most was the consistent professionalism from everyone involved. Even the small details mattered to them, and that made a big difference to us. In Irving, where strong sun, heat, and storms can really wear on a roof, it was reassuring to work with a team that understands durable roofing and exterior work that protects a home for the long term. Even after the project was completed, they continued to show pride in their work and genuine care

Avery was recommended to us by a neighbor, and we’re really glad we called. He gave us excellent roofing service, fair pricing, and a very thorough roof inspection that matched our independent inspector’s report. It also meant a lot to us that the company is bonded and insured. The roofing crew did a great job from start to finish. They replaced our roof, repaired the chimney siding, installed new gutters, handled the trim work, and freshened up the siding paint. Everything turned out clean, professional, and well done. They even added a fresh coat of paint to our front door, which was a very thoughtful touch. In the Texas heat, it feels great to have a solid roof and exterior work we can count on.

It was a great experience working with Robinson Brothers Roofing LLC on a roof, siding, and gutter repair project after a hail storm. Landon was excellent to work with from start to finish and made the whole process smooth and easy to understand. He carefully reviewed the insurance paperwork and found that several important items had been left out. With his roofing knowledge and experience in storm damage claims, he helped get everything properly approved and made sure the coverage numbers were where they needed to be. What really stood out was how clearly he explained each step, from the roof inspection to the claim details and final repairs. He took a lot of the stress and confusion out of the process and kept things simple and straightforward. The workmanship, communication, and attention to detail were all impressive. I highly recommend them for any storm-related roofing, siding, and gutter work.

Harrison and his roofing crew helped repair three roof leaks at my home. I bought a house that needed some work, and after moving in I found a few more roofing issues than expected. Throughout the whole process, Harrison was patient, quick to respond, and very helpful in getting each leak taken care of the right way. Some roof problems had been hidden by the previous owner, and I found a couple at the last minute. Harrison handled those repairs fast and kept the project moving without long delays. He did a full roof inspection, checked the problem areas carefully, and made sure his team understood the proper repair work needed. He also took time to explain what was causing the leaks, how the roofing system was affected, and what they were doing to seal and fix everything. The pricing was fair, and the estimate came in better than other roofing quotes I received. It was a bigger roof repair process than I first expected, but the experience was smooth and professional from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this company for roof leak repair, inspections, and general roofing work in Irving.
