we had a fantastic experience with this roofing company. this is the first time i have written a review, but they truly deserved it. if you need a roof repair or full roof replacement, look no further and give them a call. they were responsive, helpful, and easy to work with through every step of the project. the office manager, roger, deserves special praise. roger helped us choose a great shingle color that matched our home, and even provided a digital mockup so we could see how the different roofing options would look before the job started. that made the decision much easier, and the finished roof has great curb appeal. neighbors stop by our house all the time now to compliment the choice. we did not have the cash available to pay for the new roof in full, and at first we planned to use a home equity loan. that process turned into a long and frustrating experience with the bank. when we explained the situation, roger suggested financing through one of their roofing partners. the approval was incredibly fast, the rate was reasonable, and there was no penalty for paying it off early. that really helped us move forward without delay and get the roof work done before florida heat and storms could cause more wear. the install crew was also excellent. they worked hard, stayed professional, and made the whole roofing process smooth from start to finish. the workmanship was solid, the communication was clear, and everything about the experience felt 5 stars. we could not be more satisfied and highly recommend them for any roofing repair or replacement.

i was in the middle of selling my house and found out the roof needed to be replaced before the sale could move forward. A close friend recommended this roofing company after having a good experience with them more than once, and i can see why. They moved quickly, stayed organized, and made the whole roofing process much less stressful during a tight closing timeline. roger coordinated everything from the roof replacement to related exterior work, including replacing window screens, handling the gutters, and getting the fence cleaned up and re-stained. The crew kept me updated, showed up on time, and made sure the job was done right. In the florida heat, it was a big relief to work with a dependable roofing team that understood how important timing and quality were. i really appreciated how smoothly everything was handled, and i was able to stay on track with my home sale. great service, solid roof work, and very helpful communication from start to finish.

I had my roof and skylights replaced, and the whole roofing process went very smoothly. I worked with Camden from start to finish, and he was quick to respond, explained each step in simple terms, and answered every question I had about the roof work, materials, and installation timeline. After the installation, I noticed a small issue with one skylight, and Camden had a roofing technician out the very next day to inspect it. The repair was handled quickly and everything was taken care of within a short time. That fast follow-up gave me a lot of confidence in the service and workmanship. Roger also helped during the insurance part of the claim and made sure the roof damage was properly noted and included in the inspection. The team managed the communication with the insurance company, which made the process much easier and less stressful for us. The only part that took extra time was waiting on insurance approval, but the roofing team stayed on top of everything and kept us updated. Living in Cocoa, it is important to have a strong roof that can handle Florida heat, heavy rain, and storm season, so I really appreciated their attention to detail and professionalism. Overall, I am very happy with the roof replacement and skylight work, and I would definitely recommend this roofing company to anyone needing roof repairs or a full replacement.

We had an excellent experience with our roofing project after storm damage. Zachary and Camden were especially helpful and worked closely with our insurance company to get the roof, soffits, fascia, and related exterior repairs approved and completed. When a few items were not covered at first, they stayed on top of the claim and helped move everything forward so the needed work could be included. The whole process felt smooth, professional, and well organized from inspection to final cleanup. They explained the roofing scope clearly, kept us updated, and made sure the replacement materials matched well and were installed the right way for Florida weather. The workmanship looks strong and clean, and the finished roof and trim have really improved the appearance of our home. We are very happy with the results and would gladly use this roofing team again.
