  Hi, Anna-Marie Clarke We believe there may be some sort of confusion regarding the scope of work completed at your property. Our company was contracted for eavestrough work only. We did not perform any sort of roofing. The nails shown in the image appeared to be roofing nails which are not used in eavestrough installation. That said, when the concern was brought to our attention we did return to the site to inspect the area and everything was cleaned spotless. Regarding the ladder it was temporarily left on site as the work was still unfinished at the time. Once the job was fully completed all equipment was removed. We take pride in our work and job site cleanliness, and we would never intentionally leave a property in the condition that was described. If there are still any concerns we’re more then willing to revisit and review the area. Robert Benevento Roofing

  Contacted the company for a quote. He replied and gave me his text number. I sent photo of the job and then I was ghosted. Even if you didn't want the job, just tell me. Thumbs down.

  They took down a chimney next to my house and dropped bricks and roofing nails and Chunks of mortar from the chimney onto my truck and broke my windshield and now I have stone chips and scratch’s all over my truck and now they are dodging responsibility even tho it’s on camera. They are a joke of a company do not use the. And if you do becareful bills a snake And scam artist

  There seems to be a misunderstanding. Our company did not remove that chimney. We were not responsible for any damages to your vehicle. If you had contacted the office about this incident, we could have cleared up this misunderstanding right away. We are sorry for your bad experience, but it was not one of our crews.   They just completed my fascia and eavestrough after they were damaged by a raccoon. Soon as the pest was removed, they came the next day and fixed everything. They are reasonably priced and easy to deal with.

  I recently had my roof done and was very pleased with overall experience. The contractor was prompt and completed the job within expected timeframe. Communication was clear throughout the process, and they made sure to clean up well afterwards.

  Robert and his team demolished 2 chimneys for us, reshingled and patched to give us a safe and worry free roof. They were efficient, knowledgeable and priced fairly. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

  Benevento, roofing and siding, honest reliable company, I’ve dealt with them for the last 20 years in building as well as my father and business partner. Great customer service and if there’s ever an issue, he’s on top of it taken care of it immediately. He’s been serving the Niagara region I believe for 30 years. I know Robert Benevento personally has become a very good friend and not because he’s a friend but because When I refer him, I always get complimented and thanked for sending him out or giving his name to do work Benevento is a name you can trust.

  I have had Rob Benevento and his crew work on my house for about 15 years now. Over the years they have done my roof, siding, soffits, fascia, eaves, windows, doors, gutter guards and most recently a roof repair. The issue had nothing to do with their original workmanship or products. It was because of a solar water tank leak that was not immediately noticed. They were quick to fix the issue and did a fantastic job. It's always a pleasure to work with Rob and his crew!
