I wish I could share a positive review but I haven’t even had a chance to work with JP since he has no showed on me on 3 separate occasions. I am extremely desperate to get a leak in my roof fixed and was so hopeful when he responded to me promptly, only to ghost me on 3 different days telling me he’s going to come for an inspection for him to not show up and with no follow up. Changing my entire day around, working around work schedules and nap schedules for the kids, it’s extremely frustrating. Please if you don’t have the availability just say that instead of letting a potential client wait on you all day.

Sad to see how a year after making my roof I got some water issues that could not be fix by them, since they are not giving you any warranty of what they did.

Booked an appointment for an estimate…no call, no show. Glad I stayed home to wait for them. Will give my money to another local business.

JPG replaced my roof a couple of years ago. This summer we discovered water damage in our garage and laundry room. I contacted JPG to come and rectify the issue, and we are going on day 6 that I haven't gotten a return call. I had to get another contractor to investigate, and he gave me a laundry list of issues related to how the roof was done.

I wish to give zero stars, but I can't. JPG wasted so much my time! Call company on March 23.2022 to replace roof on the house. JPG came gave us estimate, we agree to start the work as weather permit. After countless calls and missing …

There are moments in life when you never forget the people who showed up. During one of the most devastating experiences our family has ever faced, JPG Roofing & Construction did exactly that. On a Sunday, while our home continued to flood and the rain showed no signs of stopping, their team arrived without hesitation. They did not just assess the situation they rolled up their sleeves and worked tirelessly in miserable conditions, doing everything they could to help protect our home and support us during an unimaginable crisis. Their professionalism, compassion, and willingness to help went far beyond what anyone could reasonably expect. When you are standing in the middle of a disaster, it is not just the work that matters it is knowing that someone genuinely cares. We will never forget the kindness, dedication, and hard work of the entire JPG Roofing & Construction team. They were there when we needed them most, and for that, we are forever grateful. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you for reminding us that exceptional companies are built not only on quality workmanship, but on the character of the people behind them. With heartfelt gratitude Michelle & Tim

I enthusiastically recommend JPG Construction for roofing to anyone that asks. Competitive price savings, 1-day job, safe and tidy job site. In Feb 2018 I asked JPG Construction to estimate the cost of re-roofing my house. Jean Phillip (JP) came over the same day, on time, and made a great impression for JPG Construction. Jean Phillip is not impatient or aggressive. He listens to questions and answers them thoughtfully. He made helpful suggestions. April 10 2018 Jean Phillip was on site to greet me and to see the job started. The shingle delivery was right on time. Jean Phillips' brother was lead man of the crew. The crew came to work exactly on time and started the job with energy and enthusiasm. My roof was covered with workers by 8:10. The crew was mindful of safety for themselves, my family and mindful of our pets. The job was finished in 8 hours as JP said it would be. The yard was clean. My experience was very positive and I will have more work for this company in the future. Do yourself a favor and hire this company before they are too busy! Thank you JPG for a great job!

JP was very easy to deal with, he and his crew completed my roof in a day. JP's costs were very competitive, the crew was very tidy - not a nail to pick up and most importantly, the work is fabulous. I would not hesitate to recommend JPG to anyone.

Editing my first review. JP did my roof back in 2019 but I ran into some leak issues last winter which unfortunately caused damage to my interior. JP sent his team over to redo the area of concern and the issue has now been rectified. Thank you JP for addressing this issue and I'll be recommending more customers to you in the future.

I contacted JP about my shed roof repair and shinglingjob. He responded very quickly. I sent him images and he was able to assess and provide an estimate at a great price. He arrived, completed the work very efficiently and professionally. Would definitely recommend to others.

After researching several different roofing companies, I decided to go with JPG because they seemed to be most honest and they were recommended above all others from a friend. They did not disappoint…everyone was very pleasant to work with, the job was done in a timely manner and the roof looks great!!!

JP and his crew did 4 roofs and they were amazing . They worked very hard and because of rain they were delayed a little but once the weather cleared they right back at work. They did an amazing job on the roofs and every day cleaned up and would never know they were there. We highly recommend JPG Roofing and Construction. Also the price was very reasonable .
