  We had a leaking roof, we contacted Noble Roofing. We were impressed that they got back to us quickly and arranged for someone to come. When he came he went up and had a look and took pictures said he would give it to the repair crew for a price. Then we received an email telling us they can't do it. I guess it was too small of a job.

  We apologize for the frustration this situation has caused, particularly after you were initially pleased with how quickly we responded to your request. We certainly understand why receiving an email afterward saying we were unable to complete the repair would be disappointing. I would like to clarify that our decision was not based on the size of the job. After Matt inspected the roof and submitted the photos for review, there are several reasons why we may determine that we cannot take on a repair. Unfortunately, I do not have the correspondence associated with your particular property in front of me, so I cannot say specifically why the repair was declined in this case. However, some of the factors we consider include: The existing roof is in a condition where we do not believe the requested repair would provide a reliable or lasting solution. The area requiring repair cannot be properly addressed without completing a larger section of the roof or creating a proper tie-in. The repair is more extensive than we can reasonably complete within the necessary timeframe. The last point has become particularly important given the record rainfall we have experienced over the past several weeks. We have received an extremely high volume of calls for leaking roofs, and unfortunately, we cannot complete every repair as quickly as homeowners may need. Some repairs require several hours or more of work, and we do not want to accept a job if doing so means leaving a homeowner waiting while their roof remains exposed to the elements. Most importantly, we do not want to perform a repair simply for the sake of completing the job if we do not have reasonable confidence that it will actually resolve the leak. In some situations, replacing a larger portion of the roof is the only way we can provide a solution that we are confident in and can stand behind. We understand that this may not have been the answer you were hoping for, but our intention is to be upfront about what we

  Someone in a black pickup with license plate AZ46450 was either having a medical emergency or was driving drunk because he was swerving everywhere on the road, easily could have hurt someone

  Josh, Very sorry that this happened. I can assure you that nobody was drinking as we were all together at the shop this morning before this individual took to the road.   We apologize that this happened to you. This could have been due to something unique our sales rep saw on your roof that he brought to our attention or could have been due to our timeline at that particular point in the season. All roofs are different and sometimes if we see something on a job that we are not comfortable with or is outside of our expertise, we feel it is better to bow out rather than accept money for something we can not complete professionally and up to our standards. There are times we are unable to complete a job in a timely manor because of a backlog in our schedule and unfortunately this causes us to turn down jobs. We wish this never had to happen and we could take every job but sometimes it is better to refuse right off the bat rather than take work we know we cannot complete efficiently and professionally.   This company came out to do my neighbours roof who we are attached to. We had 2 days of cleaning up the brown paper backing, the pink packaging the shingles were in and loose old shingles from our back and front yard. We have nails on our roof and ALL of our eavestrough have shingle debris and pieces of shingles through them. Now we are left to climb on our roof to clean up the mess left behind from this company. Very unprofessional.

  Lisa, i am very sorry that you had this experience with our company. Working on those row townhouses can sometimes be tricky because of the different properties and how they are separated.   Excellent service from Noble Roofing! This was my second roof with Noble Roofing, after moving to a new home, and once again they exceeded my expectations. The installation was high quality, and the entire process was handled with a level of detail and professionalism that really stood out. They were thorough, reliable, and clearly took pride in their work. On top of that, their pricing was very competitive, making the overall experience an excellent value.
