  Always get addtional quotes very expensive company and they get mad when u dont go with there ridiculous quote. Quoted $25000.00 more than any company. They are roofers but want to charge like there engineers. Stay away from Hamblets and save your money. Try Barons roofing always great service with a fair price.

  Called for estimate. Someone came by and did the estimate… never to be heard from again. Very frustrating chasing down contractors for estimates. If it’s a job you can’t handle taking on or whatever then just say so. Shows lack of professionalism

  Very unhappy with customer service Balcony repaired back in February of this year, initially very happy with the repair as there was leaking and pooling that needed to be addressed, the price we paid was high, $3200 cash, but as long as it was repaired we were ok with paying that. After about a week we had some snow and it started melting and dripping from the balcony causing a dangerous ice patch, Hamblet’s came the next day to repair. Fast forward to the spring (rain) and we noticed that water was pooling in the exact spot that was supposedly fixed. We reached out to Hamblet’s numerous times via text, email and phone and had no response for over a month. Once we finally got a hold of someone they were a no show two times to come and look at the issue. We finally had a couple of the workers show up to assess the problem, we were told they were taking pictures and were going to speak with the owner. It has now been another 3 weeks of us emailing them and being ignored. This is completely unacceptable workmanship and customer service, we paid in full and obviously it was an incomplete job. Still waiting to hear back from Hamblet’s ………

  I made an appointment for a quote to repair our leaky attic but no one came. I called to check and was told someone would be by between 9 am and 10 am but no one ever showed up or called. I've heard good things about this company but can't speak to their workmanship when they don't show up for the appointment.

  They don't respect neighbouring property's, they litter everywhere without care, including nails and garbage, plastics, etc. Work seems good quality, just zero care for environment and neighbouring property's

  Hi S K... I'm sorry to hear that. We do have a few crews at work today and it is a bit windy so that does cause concern when we're dealing with such a large volume of debris in a residential area. I would be happy to follow up with a call to our lead hand to have them stop work and collect some of the stray bits. We generally like to take care of all that at the end of the job but sometimes a quick clean-up is warranted to prevent it from spreading to neighboring properties. If the job has already been completed and we've missed any debris, again we would be glad to send out some manpower to give the jobsite and surrounding areas a good going over.   Was time for a new roof, Hamblet's was one of the higher quotes I received but figured you get what you pay for! They are an established company with many positive reviews so this was reassuring. After the job was done I went up on the roof and noticed a few issues, the issues where dealt with. But I am left with a feeling that I could have done a better job myself. I know these roofers just race to get the job done, I mean who wants to cook up on a roof when its 30*'s out. I don't, hence why I paid them $8000 to do it for me. Most people would just glance up and be satisfied, perhaps I should have done that myself rather them get up and inspect it. I would not recommend them to friends or family based on the final job and price.

  One of the most difficult tasks I find is finding reliable contractors that provide excellent skilled work. When you find one like Hamblet's you keep them. We have been using Hamblets since we moved to Niagara Falls years ago and needed a new roof for the house. Thank you Arnold and John for your excellent work on the roof of our shed. It looks amazing.  Really well done and perfect clean-up afterwards. Its service like this that keeps us returning to Hamblet's!

  I couldn't be happier for the service I received today (Roof shingle installation). The entire 3 person crew worked seamlessly, they were professional, friendly, and hard working and paid incredible attention to detail. They treated my home with care and left everything spotless when the job was complete. A special shout out to Dan K (Team Lead) for keeping everything organized and ensuring the work was done to the highest standard. I would highly recommend this company, and gladly hire them again!   10/10 Highly Recommend! Hamblet's Roofing did my entire garage roof in under 2 hours, and the quality of work is top notch. I appreciate them getting this done in such short notice, and Nick was great to talk to about the whole thing! I suggest using these guys for all of your roofing needs!

  Hamblet's roofing recently did a full roof repair on our shed. They arrived on time, worked diligently and efficiently and the completed work was excellent. They cleaned up after themseleves and went above and betond and cleaned the path to the shed as well. They also did our full shingles replacement on our house last year including replacing the two skylights, with interior trim as well. Excellent on all work.

  I had a little issue with my roof, I called and the very next day they were able to come out 😁 they were very kind and knowledgeable, even getting back down from the roof to get some silicone to I assume to do a quick, very temporary “fix” or slow it down. They gave a price to repair it. I have come to a different solution for now (my finances ugh) but once I’m able to, I will be calling them!! They did all that the other day and didn’t even charge me for their time or the amount of silicone they used! What great people!!! Thank you!! I would highly recommend 😁
