  Contacted them twice to arrange for a quote for a leak repair, I never heard back from them.

  I decided to use this company for my roof because I didn't want to have any issues or problems with insurance or equipment etc. I did my research and thought I had made the best choice. Well while on my property I asked if they could attach a chimney cover that I supplied, as a favor to me, since I was paying top dollar for these men to be on my roof. They threw it in the garbage and denied that I ever gave it to them. I had two friends visit me during this week and they both know that I had supplied this chimney cover. They both saw it. It cost me over $175 for that item. Carlos suggested that I pay a neighbor $50 to put one up there for me. I did not, because of insurance etc. that is the reason why I hired professionals in the first place. He never reimbursed me. I make minimum wage and I saved for years to pay cash in full for my roof. I waited over 2 years to make this review, because I gave them plenty of time to resolve this. They did nothing. The roof itself is good. So far. Edit. I don't know how to add a reply. Yes, you did offer to install the chimney cap free of charge. As a kind favor to me. That I had asked you to do, and I had supplied the item. Your team threw it away. You did nothing to replace the item. It will cost me much more than $50 gesture of goodwill to replace the item and have someone go on the roof twice. Once to measure and once to install. I paid your company in cash a very significant amount for an important part of my house. And you made me hate your company and I will always tell everyone my experience with the company.
