  They didn't even get on the roof for the inspection. They used a drone and claimed there was alot more wrong with it then there really was. They are just salesmen not real roofers. Be careful.

  I had a wonderful experience with Heritage Roofs and Gutters in May. Travis and Lyndzie were absolutely wonderful to work with. They repaired my roof, replaced my gutters, and fixed my damaged window screens. Travis and Lyndzie were patient, kind, professional, and highly knowledgeable throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer my questions and clearly explain the work, which I greatly appreciated. Everything was completed with excellent attention to detail, and I’m very pleased with the results. Their professionalism, patience, and customer service really stood out to me. I highly recommend Travis, Lyndzie, and their team for roofing, gutter, and other exterior home repairs. Thank you both for taking such great care of my home!

  Travis was very thorough explaining what gutters he recommended for our home. Rickey and the crew came out a few days after our initial quote and they did an excellent job installing the gutters. Lyndzie has excellent customer service and is very responsive. Would highly recommend anyone in the area to choose Heritage!

  The whole team is great! Travis gave us a quote and it went against everything I believed about the cost of gutters. We even were able to pick the color of gutters. They came out the next week and installed. Highly Highly recommend Travis and his team!

  Travis gave me a fair price for gutter installation.Then the job was done exactly as Travis said.It was quick and clean,not one scrap of trash left behind.My gates were closed and latched when they left.The entire staff was very professional and polite.I will definitely use them again!

  Travis and Lyndzie both treated me with respect, set proper expectations, and kept constant communication through entire process of getting a new roof installed. This having my first roof replacement and time dealing with homeowners insurance was kind of stressful, but they both took their time to educate me and walk me through the process. Come the day of the installation, their crew show up on time, did an amazing job, and left the area cleaned up. In a world of companies trying to take the unknowing for everything they can, its refreshing, and very much a blessing to know there are still honest business owners. Thank you, I remain grateful.

  This is an amazing team with high character and true customer service. From inspection to interactions with insurance, they help every step of the way and are easy to coordinate with. Quality of work is top notch! Highly recommend for anyone’s roofing and gutter needs. They are second to none.

  Travis has been a true professional. He inspected my roof and instead of saying my roof needs replacement (which some companies do to imahe money), he recommended a few minor repairs for a nominal fee. Not only that but he also did another inspection at my request after last week's hail storm. I definitely more than recommend him and his company for looking out for his clients best interests.
