  THIS REVIEW IS NOT ACCURATE I have uploaded photos to my business profile so you can see how clean the ground is at days end .A notice was sent out two weeks prior to the roof being done. The doors were caution, taped off for everybody’s safety. One door being left open in an area that we were not working.. My guys had all the right safety gear on hard hats, steel toe, boots, safety, vest, and harnesses. When the roof was ripped the trash that fell off the roof was in a caution taped area and was cleaned up accordingly at the end of each day job site was Clean like we were never there before the only thing that you could see was caution tape that was left up for parking reasons to block off the dumpsters. I actually got a phone call today at the end of the job and got complimented on how good the job looked at the end of each day by the company that hired me by the way all common areas were blocked with caution tape also every area was taped off besides the one area for tenants to walk out .nobody but my employees had access to any common areas or any other area work was being performed.it was a job site left clean after hours and in the morning we ripped the roof grounds were scattered with shingles to be picked up up by ground crew nobody else had any access to the debris until the end of the day when the area was cleaned a magnet and blower ran everyday

  I sent my repair guy out there to give him a price to fix his siding I have a $500 minimum for repairs which my repair guy went under he did it for $400 the homeowner requested a receipt by mail I told him I would send it but it would take until the next day to mail it as I was busy.so I sent the receipt by mail the very next day he called me that morning and I answered the phone staring yelling at me saying he was gonna call osha on me if I didn’t send him a receipt I said I don’t know why you are so mad the receipt is in the mail he said if I don’t get it in three days I will call ocea on me he agreed to pay the money I never talked down to him . He had a choice to pay or not pay we don’t force anybody to do repairs on there house the guy that went out there his name was Steave sounds like he was on drunk rampage to me .he never once mentioned anything about the repair price just was upset he didn’t have the receipt yet don’t do texting or email so had to wait for the mail witch only take a day but took me another day to send it so within 3 days he had a receipt I respect my customers I don’t rip off old people I actually give deals to senior citizens.im am very respectful guy.i grew up to respect my elders. This is definitely a surprise to me maybe his wife got mad at him for agreeing to do the repairs because that’s why he called 3 times about the receipt that’s the only thing I can think of.I also noticed that he gives a lot of people bad reviews on google you can see everybody’s review history and who they post reviews to.All I can say is wow never even thought he would give a review let alone a bad one all he wanted was a receipt and he got one 8 days latter I open my phone up to this .my repair guy calls me on every job about prices and if my repair guy Steave ever disrespected any customer let alone a older gentleman he would be fired on the spot but I know this isn’t true.We gave a price he thought it was a little high I got a call my repair guy said it wo

  Just had a complete siding makeover of our house and garage with Ray at RJ's. From the very start, I knew we had the right contractor for us. Very informative of the whole process, as well as transparent of what each item will cost along the way. RJ's quote was the best of 8 contractors we had come and look at our house. With so many options of siding at different tiers, Ray used AI software to show our home with different colors and what to expect, giving some advice with his expertise (which we took) made our home look BRAND NEW. The crew that came by was thorough and kind, making quick work of the large job they had. During the job, there was some minor hiccups like a fence post (which was rotted) that broke, which they promptly fixed. As well as a mistake with caulking, which again was promptly mitigated leaving us with the most peace of mind we could ask for. By the end of the job, Ray had us walk through multiple times, looking at the smallest details before he would think about accepting the final payment. During one of the times walking through the job with Ray, he noticed a mistake a previous roofer had made prior to us moving to this address. Ray went out of his way to fix this mistake that must've been sitting there for 3 years (last time the roof was replaced). I could not recommend Ray and his crew enough. If we are to look at Window/Roofing/Siding jobs in the future, we know we won't have to shop around.

  Ray and crew are hard working and detail oriented. They do a great job and really strive for customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend them. In fact two of my neighbors that witnessed the transformation of my house are now going to use Ray themselves. I had a new roof and new siding. A hard working honest guy.

  Great siding company RJ’S Siding and Roofing. They were very professional, with detail craftsmanship, excellent communication and thorough site cleanup. I had an amazing experience with the whole crew. The customer service was top-notch and I’ll be returning!

  READ THE ENTIRE REVIEW I REACHED OUT TO HER AND FIXED THE ISSUE..I AM PRICING OUT A SIDING JOB FOR HER RIGHT NOW. She is now happy with me coming out to take care of the issue this review was the first time in 3 years I herd from this customer they did call 3 years ago complaining about a leak and I did go there to fix it long story short it didn’t turn out well had nothing to do with her I was dealing with someone else at the time so I stoped communication once I reach out to her we both respected each other and got the issue fixed she is a very nice lady and we will take on the siding job I am bidding on now if she decides to go with us I have not received a call from you my number is 603 948 8566 as of right now without the complete information name, and phone number I just tried to look up your contact I can’t find it I’m also gonna Bach track in my notes from my book I keep them all to try to find you info I do and will stand behind my work if you could reach out I could come out to you as soon as tomorrow if I don’t here from you I will keep searching for your info but as I do over 200 jobs a year it is very hard to remember your job just from your name also sometimes contracts go under you husband name not saying that’s the case but I’m very serious about my warranty and if you reach out I will come right out and take care of anything that needs to be taken care of this year is a bad year for ice dams a new roof don’t stop ice dams if your attic isn’t venting right and you have a dam at the bottom of your roof it will leak shingles are made to shed water but I can check all this out for you I have inferred Thermometer to test the Temperature of your attic it should be the same degrees as it is outside. I can do all this for you.   Ray and his crew did a fantastic job installing vinyl siding on my home in Sandown NH. Ray's fortitude to make sure all work was performed to make the customer (me) very happy was exemplary. And too boot, was much more cost competitive. You won't go wrong hiring Rj's Roofing and Siding.

  Ray and his team did an outstanding job installing support framing for a solar system to be installed at my house. They had to removed old shingles, tarpaper then removed the old plywood to add supports with collar ties after that they installed new plywood, ice & water shield, shingles and cleaned up like no one was ever here!!
