  The woman that answers the phone swears at you, and acts like you're beneath her. The best thing this company should do with my 1,500 followers is steer clear from this company all together, due to their lack of roofing kowlege, the complaints they have and lousy service

  DEFRANCESCO SOUTHERN NH QUALITY ROOFING - Buyer beware!!! The "Quality" was not in the roof installation. Overall terrible experience! - Roof leaked during the installation due to improper care. - Roof leaked after installation around the chimney, the base of the chimney was not sealed properly. - Roof leaked in the siding due to poor siding install above metal roof. They left raw wood exposed that should have been painted but will now rot. - The installers spent far to much time fishing illegally. The guys weren't bad but not what you want to see daily, for weeks. - Install took almost a month due to lack of workers (2 man crew) and even the two guys complained about not having any help every day. - The owner never checked on his guys forcing me to review problems daily with the 2 workers. - Spilled paint on my garage floor, said they would clean it but never did. - Damaged my lawn with the materials even after I ask them to us the driveway for staging. Metal all over the lawn, lawn still dead and still finding sharp scrap metal. - Gutters were not installed properly, resulting in one falling off in only a few weeks and others don't draining properly. - Snow breaks (Metal Roof) not installed correctly / correct location. Resulted in snow dam issues all winter. - Paid extra for a skylight and they didn't even finish it, no framing inside leaving exposed sheetrock and a terrible look. - I paid over $20,000 for a problem roof install and the owner refuses to correct / address the issues. I was willing to pay 20K for a QUALITY job. DON'T HIRE - If you do, don't pay him until the job is 100% complete. He pushed me to pay on the last day, they rushed out and didn't finish or return. They come across OK at first but BEWARE! Find another option.

  We could not be more pleased with Defrancesco Roofing. They did an outstanding job replacing our roof in one day. From the initial call, the estimate, the fair pricing and discount, their prompt arrival with equipment, supplies and a dumpster, their attention to detail, and meticulously clean up, we could not have asked for a more professional job.   These guys are great! Showed up early and were done by early afternoon. Cleaned up the entire yard when roof was completed. They also installed a new skylight! Very professional and friendly. Answered any and all questions I had.

  The quality of work is excellent. Far surpassed my expectations. Like any project if you didn't like how something looked they were quick to address and fix. This double deck project was unique and they helped tremendously with the design. I highly recommend DeFranchesco.

  We have used DeFranceso on four different siding or window projects and the results were always flawless. The pricing is fair and the attention to detail is insane. We could not ask for better quality. Devin and his team did a wonderful job managing the projects and were super easy to work with. If something wasn’t quite right, he made sure it was done to our satisfaction. As far as I’m concerned, there is no reason to use any other company for siding, windows, or door projects. My family certainly won’t! We can’t recommend these guys enough.

  We had a fantastic experience with this company when it came to getting our siding done. You can tell the level of professionalism from the moment you walk into their office. The entire process could not have been smoother, and we could not be happier with the transformation of our home.   We had an exceptional experience with DeFrancesco Quality Roofing and Siding. My husband and I were told by 2 roofing companies that we needed a new roof (there was damage from an ice dam that was removed improperly). Stephen came out for the assessment and very quickly reported that we only needed a small repair and that the roof was in great shape. Scheduling and the job itself was a breeze. Project manager Scott was fantastic. If you are looking for a company that is honest, stands by their work, and is a pleasure to work with, look no further! DeFrancesco is simply the best of the best. We are customers for life.

  Great job by this team, from start to finish the service and attention to detail was top notch. Devin was extremely responsive to all questions and the team worked and worked. The foreman gallo was amazing. Answered all questions we had. Every time i came home and they were still there they were smiling and saying hi. Great clean up after the job and made sure the smallest details for to our liking. I will recommend defrancesco to anyone needing siding in the area and will tell them to request gallo and crew!   This company came out and did a total roof replacement. They stripped the old shingles off and installed a beautiful new roof. Honest pricing and outstanding craftsmanship. They made sure to clean up all debris and the staff was very friendly. I would recommend to anyone in the Derry area looking to have their roof done to contact this company. Thank you.

  We recently had 2 windows replaced located in 2 dormers where water had leaked. The team sent by DeFrancesco's was absolutely excellent. The work was top notch and their professionalism was outstanding. They arrived when they said they would, explained exactly what they were going to do, and went to work. We couldn't be happier. When they finished, they took care in cleaning up .... to the point where, if you didn't know we were having work done, you couldn't tell ... they fully cleaned up inside and out! They fixed the problem that was caused when the original dormers were built 40 years ago. I would strongly recommend this company.
