We recently worked with Bryce for some roof repair work, and we are very happy with how everything turned out. Bryce is an experienced roofer who brings strong knowledge and skill to the job. From the start, he was easy to talk to and professional. He explained the roofing work in simple terms, walked us through each step, and made sure we understood what was needed before the repairs began. We first contacted him about a leak on our older roof, and he repaired the problem with care and attention to detail. He also took extra time to inspect the full roofing system, including areas that could become trouble spots later, which gave us added peace of mind. His communication was clear and honest the whole way through, and we appreciated that he focused on quality materials and solid workmanship instead of cutting corners. In the Florida heat and heavy rain, it is important to have a dependable roof, and Bryce made sure the repair was done right. His roofing craftsmanship, friendly attitude, and straightforward service really stood out. We highly recommend him to anyone needing roof repairs or general roofing service.

Bryce and a co-worker did an excellent job repairing the damaged shingles around my electrical mast. They reset the mast to its proper position, replaced roof decking boards, installed a durable boot around the mast, and finished the area with new shingles. The before-and-after photos clearly showed careful roofing work from start to finish. I also really value the 2-year warranty for added peace of mind. They had also re-shingled my full roof before and added ridge vents with the same high-quality workmanship, which is especially important for handling Florida heat and heavy rain.

My elderly mother had a serious roof leak, and since i live far away, i called several local roofing contractors before finding bryce through a roofing referral site. I explained the situation, and he told me not to worry because he would handle everything. As soon as the rain cleared, he went to my mother’s home to repair and reseal the roof. he never asked for a deposit upfront or made payment difficult, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. After the roofing work was finished, he called to let me know the job was complete, and i mailed the payment after that. He also sent before-and-after photos so i could clearly see the roof repair results from a distance. bryce was professional, honest, and clearly took pride in his roofing work. The price was fair, the communication was excellent, and the whole process felt smooth and trustworthy. I was so pleased with the quality of the repair that my sister later hired him for a full roof replacement too.

A huge thank you to Rivera& Sons Roofing for the excellent job on our home’s new roof, gutters, and downspouts. After we moved to Cocoa, we were dealing with worn shingles and damaged gutters and downspouts from past storm weather. When …

Bryce and his crew were quick and efficient. They got started right away by protecting the house, landscaping, and yard with tarps before removing the old shingles. Any damaged roof decking was replaced right away, and the cleanup stayed on track the whole time as the ice and water shield, synthetic underlayment, and new shingles were installed. The finished roof looks great, and the new chimney flashing really stands out. The job site was left clean with no debris or loose nails. My pre-job meeting with Peyton clearly explained each step of the roofing process, and everything happened just as promised. I was very impressed from start to finish. Edwin took time to listen to all of my questions and concerns, answered everything clearly, and made sure the agreement matched what we discussed. Then Peyton, Bryce, and the roofing team followed through with excellent workmanship. After several strong Florida storms and heavy rain in Cocoa, the new roof has performed perfectly with no problems at all. Overall, it was a smooth, professional roofing experience and I would highly recommend them.

We looked at several roofing companies before choosing one for our roof replacement. Their team took the time to explain each step of the roofing process in a clear and detailed way. Edwin used material samples to show how the old roof would be removed and the new roofing system installed, and he also brought color options so we could choose shingles that matched our home. He answered every question with patience and made the whole project feel simple and well organized. After seeing how smoothly our roof replacement went, my dad also reached out and had them handle a roof repair for him. They also helped coordinate the gutter replacement, which made the entire exterior project much easier. From the first inspection to the final cleanup, the service was professional, friendly, and dependable. I would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roof repair, a new roof, or gutter work.

i have used a roofing crew on two different jobs. peyton and the team replaced my roof and did a great job. they worked fast, kept the job site clean, and the price was fair. peyton even showed me photos of the roof damage they fixed, including missing shingles and problem spots around the decking, which i really appreciated since i could not see it myself. later, i called them again to replace my gutters after they had become overloaded with debris and started pulling away from the house. bryce took additional pictures and spent time explaining the condition of the gutter system, the drainage issues, and what repairs were needed. the whole process felt honest and easy to understand. edwin and the crew were professional, helpful, and easy to work with. i would absolutely recommend them for roofing and gutter work.

When I was planning my solar upgrade, a few people told me to avoid mounting the panels on my roof and suggested ground racks instead, or to replace the tile area under the panels with shingles because my home has lightweight tile, often called a Spanish style roof. I reached out to Rivera& Sons Roofing, and Peyton reviewed the roof structure and explained that the solar panels could be installed safely on my existing roof with the right roofing approach. The roof work, panel prep, and needed roof repairs were all handled in a professional way and finished within the timeframe I expected. Since this is an older house in Cocoa, a few inspection and permit details came up, but they were related to the home itself and not the solar setup. Peyton was very helpful, stayed involved through the process, and made sure everything was addressed so the permit could be approved. I really appreciated the clear communication, roofing knowledge, and extra care taken to protect the tile roof while getting the project completed right.
