I would give a 1 Star, but they did do a good job with initial install. However, we have a 2 year warranty, and last month (May 2026) when we got all the rains and tornadoes VERY close to us, we have a leak, a screw was installed wrong, I've been trying to call the office daily, at least 3 weeks and called my sales representative, Ulysses, and nothing, it's crickets. Maybe they will see this review and give us a call about it.

Very involved owner who cares about the job they do for their customers. Had a couple of hitches in our get along during my job but what earned them five stars was how promptly and professionally they made it right. Needed a new repair after a tree clipped our roof and they were extremely fast in getting it fixed and matched the shingles perfectly. Couldn’t tell where it was repaired. Patrick and Ulises have went out of their way to make us satisfied customers.

The team at RiverOaks Roofing is nothing less than 5 star. Best roofing contractors! I called them for a roof inspection and their inspector, Christian, was extremely professional and informed me there was no roof damage. While he was there for the inspection, I had him provide me an estimate for gutters and to extend my patio concrete. The pricing was unbeatable and they had the gutters installed and concrete laid in no time. RiverOaks owner, Patrick, even noticed that the gutters I already had on the back of the house were installed incorrectly and volunteered to reinstall them! They go above and beyond for their customers. I will always use RiverOaks and highly recommend them!

The team at River Oaks was fantastic start to finish on our project. They helped every step of the way and they were professional at all times. The install was a 1 day project and they took time to clean up the yard like the job never even took place. Highly recommend!
